Because sales is also a system project, it is definitely not just about planning and brand service companies. It is like a car, a computer and a principle. First of all, you have to face reality.
It means that each component has the function and meaning of its existence. No matter how powerful the engine is, it cannot replace the driving pleasure brought by the comfort of the seat cushion. On the contrary, no matter how luxurious the interior is, it cannot be said that the steering wheel is redundant. Our service companies and enterprises are destined to have different divisions of labor, and each is responsible for different fields. This is common sense.
Many times, we do not have the professionalism of the industry within the company, such as selling milk. I definitely do not have the professionalism of the company's executives who have been doing milk for 30 years, and the same is true for other industries.
However, our understanding and focus on brands, industries, media, public, and strategies is the foundation of our existence and our value.
Many of the work we do is only part of the corporate strategy. Many times, it may not directly serve sales, and some work is even far from sales, so we must see clearly about ourselves.
While seeing clearly, you must be confident, believe in the value of our existence, and never make promises. All of this is about sales, and many times you are deceiving yourself, so why bother?
Especially for large enterprises, they are looking for companies with high professionalism. Like a precision instrument, each component can play its own role.
It has exceeded the scope of work in my own management field and can only cause chaos in the production process. So, what I am expressing today is that as a professional service company, I am only responsible for the brand of the company and our profession. As for sales, it is a matter within the company and the business of the person in charge of the company's marketing. We are not saying that we cannot help the company in sales, but that each company takes its own responsibility.
So from the perspective of the enterprise, if you want to find a suitable partner and a long-term cooperation partner, you must first figure out which work can be done by the enterprise itself and which work must be completed by a professional company.
I have met many entrepreneurs. Some of their jobs are simple and do not require too much money to complete. However, for internal balance, or like Chongzhen, entrepreneurs do not want to take responsibility themselves, so they like to find big companies and masters to cooperate.

I have seen such a plan several times in the industry for many years. My computer even puts several exactly the same plan on it, which is sold to different companies A, B, C and D. Except for the different brand names, the other places are almost exactly the same.
I recently went to Australia and participated in the Olympics, and also saw the Olympic economy and how international giants like Coco Cola do marketing. So I feel ashamed of the practices of many domestic companies and partners.
We must be a world-class enterprise and be responsible for the enterprise. It is definitely not just a saying, but we must truly treat the enterprise's affairs as our own business, treat the enterprise's brand as our own face, and respect every penny invested by the enterprise.
