Announcement on the breach of contract for the signed work "Campus Basketball Scenario" on this site
Since May 2004, the author "Da Qin Bingbing" began to upload his work "Campus Basketball Storm" on the site. This site has always paid full attention to it and strived to create a good creative atmosphere for it. When the Qidian webmaster learned that the author had financial difficulties and was unable to continue writing, he borrowed 3,000 yuan to the author in a private capacity to encourage him to continue writing.
In August 2004, "Campus Basketball Storm" officially signed a contract with this site and began to publish VIP versions. This site still supports the work as usual and promotes various publicity and recommendations, including strong recommendations on the homepage, homepage cover and inviting the author to attend the first Chinese Original Author Annual Meeting. By the end of December 2004, in four months, this site had paid the author a total of more than 15,000 yuan in manuscripts, and in January 2005, the first part of "Campus Basketball Storm" was published.
However, since early 2005, the author began to maliciously delay the manuscript for various reasons. Although this site contacted the author several times to notify the author to submit the manuscript on time, the author repeatedly breached the contract under the pretext of computer failure or other reasons, forcing this site to suspend the simplified Chinese publishing plan of his works and the inability to publish VIP works normally. This site suffered serious losses. In the following months, the staff of this site were unable to contact him through telephone, mobile phone, QQ and other means, and the author was completely missing. During this period, this site cooperated with Taiwan Publishing House to publish traditional Chinese, but could not notify him because of the disappearance of the author.
At the end of July 2005, the editor of this site finally contacted Daqin Bingbing through QQ. The author promised to complete the remaining tens of thousands of words of work by the end of August and complete the work. The editor of Qidian encouraged and supported it with a very pleasant and tolerant attitude. However, the author lost his appointment again and had no news for several months.
Forced by helplessness, in early December 2005, this site officially passed the legal department and notified the author by email that because he had not submitted his manuscript to this site normally for twelve consecutive months, he confirmed his breach of contract and was deemed to have automatically waived the copyright of the work. This site will continue writing the work. At the same time, according to the requirements of the cooperative publisher, the Taiwan Publishing House will launch a traditional version to complete the work.
In mid-December 2005, the author sent a friend to express to this site again that he was willing to complete the work on January 15, 2006 and deliver the last part of the work of tens of thousands of words. This site once again accepted its request with a kind attitude. It did not officially release the reprint version online, but waited for the author to deliver the remaining manuscripts to protect the interests of VIP readers on this site to the greatest extent and enable all starting VIP readers to see complete works of the same style. However, until January 15, the manuscripts received by the Japanese station were only three more chapters than the online version, and the work was still not completed. (The three additional chapters are 106-108, and the four chapters on the Internet are currently updated by the author on January 16)
In the past year, many Qidian readers have complained to this site for abnormal updates of "Campus Basketball Storm" through site affairs or text messages. This site has made every effort, but it still cannot make the author update normally. I would like to express my sincere apology to all readers.
Although this site has been accused of the author several times and appreciated the author's various difficulties, the author has repeatedly breached the contract and even reversed the black and white facts. This site is extremely disappointed and regretful about the author's approach. Therefore, this site solemnly decides: temporarily cancel the author's right to operate the author's special area, and reserves the right to continue to use legal means to negotiate with him and safeguard the legitimate interests of this site and all VIP readers. At the same time, this site also once again urges Daqin Bingbing to contact us in time after seeing the announcement, and for the sake of readers' consideration, for the sake of the work, and for the sake of one's own consideration, the remaining tens of thousands of words of work will be submitted and uploaded in time, and the door to the starting point will always be open to the author. Hereby announce.
Chapter completed!
