It has a total length of more than 240 kilometers and a drainage area of ​​11,000 square kilometers.

It is the only river for flood control, waterlogging control and sewage drainage in the main urban area of ​​the provincial capital.

With the development of the city, the flood control and drainage pressure in the urban section of Xiaoqing River Spring Water has gradually increased.

Due to the large amounts of industrial sewage and domestic wastewater being discharged into the Xiaoqing River, water pollution has become more and more serious, and the fish and shrimp in the river have almost disappeared.

This in turn leads to the deterioration of the surrounding environment, which seriously restricts the economic and social development of Quanshui City, especially the northern urban area.

In the spirit of the instructions of the meeting led by the provincial party committee, Quanshui City carried out comprehensive management of the spring water section of Xiaoqing River.

The construction site is mainly in the Lishan area, with a total length of 31 kilometers.

The first phase of the project has a total investment of 4 billion.

Naturally, not all of the four billion will be used to clear silt and strengthen river embankments.

The entire project includes flood control and waterlogging removal, urban drainage, pollution interception and pollution control, road bridge and pipeline reconstruction, river water replenishment, landscape construction and cross-strait development, etc.

The comprehensive management of Xiaoqing River actually started in 1997.

The bidding section undertaken by Huaihai Engineering Corporation is only a section of the river course in the first phase of the Xiaoqing River Comprehensive Management Project, which includes flood control and waterlogging reduction, and landscape creation.
