【1931】Big brothers have different personalities

What are you doing? Zhang Tinghai's cold and cold facial expression only focuses on the anesthesia machine. He occasionally raises his eyes and looks at his classmates...

Looking back, since I went to the Internship of the Beijing University of Internal Medicine for a long time, I was not in the National Association's operating room for a long time, which made me feel a bit missed. Zhang Tinghai thought to myself.

"Come on." Chang Jiawei asked the two assistants to stand in place, preparing to kick off the operation.

Xie Wanying stood next to Dr. Liu of Ichisuke and acted as a second assistant.

Before the beginning, Chang Jiawei looked up at the clock on the wall, and asked her in a chat, "Yingying, are you nervous?"

I was nervous and couldn't say that. I would feel a little nervous when I woke up in the morning. After stepping into the operating room, I wonder if the cold breath here poured cold water on people's heads. Anyway, her tension disappeared.

"Aren't you nervous?" Chang Jiawei asked her a few more questions when he saw that she didn't say anything.

Xie Wanying could hear that Senior Chang seemed to be asking for a conversation with her, and she couldn't help but think: Could it be that Senior is a chatterbox in the operating room?

Surgeons do not have a unified personality. Everyone has different personalities and styles, and surgeons are no exception.

In actual work, there are quite a few surgeons who like to chat during surgery. It just so happens that the boss she used to be serious and rigorous, such as Mr. Tan, Senior Brother, Mr. Du, who was silent when he was in the surgery, and he didn't like to speak, let alone talk nonsense like Senior Chang.

Talking is beneficial. For some surgeons, speaking can appropriately relieve tension during the operation and avoid excessive tension and failure during the operation. Some patients do not understand and think that when entering the operating room, they are negligent in their work and not taking the patient's life as their lives. In fact, the doctor's nerves have long been so tight that they have to say a few words to relieve their tone and calm their nerves and work hard.

Doctors are nervous when facing surgery, and no doctor dares to regard the patient's life as a human being. Because once this is done, the patient's family will regard the doctor's life as a human being. The doctor is very conscious and does not need the patient or family to worry at all.

If you don't understand this, you can refer to the next examination room. The absolutely quiet atmosphere in the examination room will make some candidates feel like they are in danger and sweating profusely, and their adrenaline soar. Similarly, the too lonely atmosphere in the operating room will cause some doctors to feel similar pressure until their hands are too nervous. This is a taboo in surgery. So in clinical practice, you will find that some medical staff will joke with their fellow surgeons when they are patients, with the purpose of ease of tension and avoid failure.

If the surgeon who is not a chattering surgeon can eliminate the tension in the surgery, it has to be the issue of concentration.

Some people can't speak when they are focused, just like they open their mouths while holding their breath while swimming. Some people don't know what they say after concentration, which means they don't know what they say.

The former relies on concentration to suppress tension. Just as some academic masters in the examination room can always find points that make them more focused, so that they can forget to be in the examination room and eliminate over-tension. The latter needless to say it is directly out of order.
