Page 132 [The first fish]

Jason was woken up in the middle of the night.

Originally, he slept peacefully because of the little water he had during the day and most of the turned-in rations that he secretly enjoyed as the commander of the entire army.

He can sleep well until dawn.

But in the middle of the night, he suddenly woke up.

For no reason, a deep fear spread in his heart.

Cold sweat instantly covered his vest. He sat up vigilantly and rushed out of the tent, looking at the entire camp.

The moonlight is unclear tonight, the whole camp is quiet, and there is an inexplicable feeling of suffocation.

But there is no danger.

Illusion?

Jason frowned, but he didn't dare to turn around and go to sleep.

He couldn't sleep either.

In the end, his suspicious character allowed him to quietly come to a few people watching the night.

Because we had already penetrated deep into the enemy's territory, no sparks were lit in the camp.

This place is already a thousand yards away from the hundred-man camp. The fleeing hundred-man camp was not killed during the day. This has always been a thorn in Jason's heart.

So even after evacuating a thousand yards and finding a relatively secluded location, he still felt uneasy.

After all, this place is already behind enemy lines.

Originally, according to his suspicious and cautious character, if he was discovered by the enemy, he would never stay for a moment longer.

But now, there is no choice. If we don't move forward, we can only die.

The only arrangement he could make was to arrange a few clever men near the hundred-man camp to see if the Noxians would come back to investigate. By then, he might be able to follow the clues...

"What's going on?" Jason knelt down with a frown and asked in a low voice.

"No, sir. There is nothing wrong with it." One of the soldiers shook his head and said in a low voice.

"Yes, Master Jason, you should go back to sleep. You have had a hard day." The other soldier was more eloquent. He lowered his head respectfully. Obviously he wanted to please Jason.

"Well, that's good." Jason nodded and was about to walk back, "Remember, if anything happens, you must..."

"Plop-" A low muffled sound interrupted him.

"What's the sound?" Jason looked at the source of the sound warily.

It was not far from the camp and even closer to this vigil point.

"Sir..." The sweet-mouthed soldier just swallowed and said, "Should I go and take a look?"

"Yeah. Go." Jason nodded, his hand already on the long knife at his waist.

The soldier cautiously took two steps forward, pulled out the knife with one hand, and loaded the latest rune gunpowder gun from the Skoda factory with the other hand.

"Hey, who is it?" he asked in a low voice as he walked away.

But there was no movement there, and he could only vaguely see a vague outline.

It's like a person lying there.

In desperation, he could only continue to move forward.

Until I came to the blurry outline.

He prepared to touch the outline with his machete to see if it was a living thing.

But the moment he stretched out his knife, the outline moved. He stretched out a hand and grabbed the soldier's foot fiercely.

This sudden move frightened the soldier and almost shot him.

But fortunately, he still had some sense. He swallowed, reluctantly put the knife to the man's neck and said, "Hey, tell me, who are you?"

"Hurry... tell the adults quickly. Yes... there is..." The other party finally had the strength to breathe, and he grabbed the soldier's trousers and wanted to say something.

"What's there?" The soldier already sensed something was wrong. He squatted down, trying to hear the other party's words clearly.

"There are... enemies..."

"Tear--" A sudden tearing sound suddenly sounded in the air.

The next moment.

He only felt a pain between his eyebrows, and his whole body fell back involuntarily.

At this moment, he finally understood what the other party wanted to say. There was an enemy attack.

But he was speechless, and any ambitions and dreams he might have had completely dissipated in this dark and gloomy night.

Because he is dead.

"Plop -" Another dull sound.

This time Jason knew what it was, it was the sound of a human body colliding with the ground.

The soldier clearly fell down in front of him.

There is an enemy attack.

He was already aware of this problem, and his body even subconsciously began to draw the knife, and his mouth opened to prepare to roar.

But, it's too late.

The sound of arrows was much faster than his.

The fire travels faster than him.

Almost instantly, endless firelight lit up next to the small valley he carefully selected.

The bright firelight almost turned the night into day.

Then, there were shouts of killing all over the mountains and plains.

He only had time to draw his sword and block a few random arrows, and then he had to retreat in embarrassment.

His mind went blank for a moment, and he knew that he was finished and they were surrounded.

This time he was too trusting, and he began to regret why he made this decision. If he had followed the blind man ashore normally, he might be sleeping in a comfortable tent now, instead of...

"Tear-" Another arrow interrupted his regretful pace.

The enemy's attack was so fast that he couldn't breathe at all.

He knew that he couldn't sit still and wait for death. Maybe he could organize people to resist and have a chance to escape...

"Get up!!! Get the fuck up! If you don't want to die, follow me and kill people. Hurry!!!" He almost shouted the loudest voice in his life.

He almost used his knife to chop down the soldiers who were still half asleep.

It's just that the enemy chose this time very well, and the terrain of this place is a bit narrow. The soldiers under his command were not originally focused on close combat. Those who could have caused huge damage on the frontal battlefield.

Rune Musket cannot be used here at all.

As soon as the enemy entered, there was a one-sided massacre like chopping up melons and vegetables.

Many people died in their sleep.

Many people were beheaded the moment they grabbed the gun.

Jason was furious and shot two Noxians who tried to get closer.

But it doesn't work at all.

The situation is still falling apart.

The only thing that made him happy might be that some soldiers finally recovered a little bit, picked up their guns and started fighting alongside him.

"Okay, very good." He muttered to himself, and chopped down a Noxian who was blocking the way.

It doesn't matter, as long as you can rush out, you will definitely survive, you will definitely survive!!!

Things seemed to be going as he thought. Although the opponent's attack was fast, it was still weak in some places. Under his leadership, he and dozens of soldiers were about to break out of the battle circle.

alright.

alright.

alright!!!

"Tear--" Another knife cut off the neck of a Noxian, and Jason roared crazily with almost bloodshot eyes.

finally……

"Boom -" Just when he thought he had escaped, a scarlet figure suddenly rushed out of the darkness.

Also, a scarlet red ax as heavy as a stone.

"Boom--" He felt like he was flying in the sky.

Are you going to die? (To be continued...)
