Procedure to decide the winner of the game
Overtime and penalty kicks are the methods used to determine the winning team after the game draws.
Overtime –

·After the specified game time is over, if both sides tie, they will enter overtime. The first and second half of the overtime will be 15 minutes each.
·In overtime, the team that leads the entire first and second half of the game is the winner.
·If neither side scores a goal in overtime, the winner will be decided by kicking a penalty kick.
Punishment of football win-

·The referee selects the goal to use for kicking a penalty kick.
·Use coin-operated method, and the guessed party kicks first.
·The referee makes a record of the penalty kick.
·According to the following explanation, both teams should play 5 times each.
·The two sides take turns kicking.
·If two teams score more goals than the number of goals that the other team may hit when they play 5 times before they play 5 times, there is no need to play again.
·If both teams have played 5 times, and both sides have the same number of goals or have not scored, the penalty kick will be played in the same order, until both sides have the same number of times (no need to kick 5 goals), and one team scores one more goal than the other team.

· During the penalty kick, qualified players can switch positions with goalkeepers.
·During the penalty kick, only qualified players and law enforcement referees are allowed to be on the court.
· Except for the players who play penalty kicks and two goalkeepers, all other players must be in the middle circle.
·The goalkeeper on the penalty kicker must be on the game field where the goal line and the penalty area line meet outside the penalty area.
Unless otherwise stated, rules of football competition and resolutions of the International Football Council shall be implemented in the event of a penalty kick.
·At the end of the game, if the number of players on both sides is different, the more players should be subtracted to match the number of players on the other side, and notify the referee of the name and number of players on the field. The team captain is responsible for this matter.
