Chapter 240 Nightmare

"It must be that Snape put too much pressure on you in Potions class just now. Harry made you nervous now, and there was nothing here."

They took the straw and walked around the empty classroom without any notice, Ron shrugged and said.

Harry always felt that he was not wrong. There was indeed a strange thing looking at him through the window glass of this classroom, but the truth was that there was really nothing here.

In the end, they left the classroom, and the straw was thrown into the trash can by Harry.

"Don't always talk to Semo and the others about the Triumph. You must finish the homework for the defense class today. I will definitely not copy it for you."

"Hermione, you say that every time."

"I'm serious this time! Also, have you introduced our s-p-e-w to others? So that more people can join us."

"I'm not in the mood to promote to others that I joined an organization called "Vomiting."

"I've been thinking about writing letters to Sirius recently, and I don't have time to think about this for the time being."

"You guys always do this! Forget it, at worst I'm going to go to Professor Forrest, he will definitely support me."

"Oh, yes, you think that Hermione is so good. At that time, the professor will say, "Hermione, I believe that your great cause of liberating the house elf will surely succeed!" Then you can give up this ideal."

The three of them chatted and left, and just after they left, an arm made of dead branches slowly stretched out in the shadow of the empty classroom, and the broken kerosene lamp shook gently on the arm.

Then, a faint orange flame light flashed from the kerosene lamp.

......

That night, Harry had a nightmare.

He dreamed that he was caught by Voldemort. The demon who couldn't see his face clearly laughed and pointed his wand at him, using the life-seeking curse.

He was hit by the life-seeking curse, but he did not die. Lily once again endured this death for him. In the end, he could only watch him leave infinite nostalgic gaze and finally disappeared.

Harry suddenly sat up from the bed, gasping for breath.

I stared at the night sky outside the window and waited for his mood to calm down before I looked at the current time.

It was three o'clock in the morning, and it was still a while before dawn, but Harry could no longer sleep anymore. He sat on the bed and did not dare to summon Lily.

While he was dazed, he suddenly heard the movement coming from Ron's bed.

"Ron?"

Harry shouted softly, and Ron gasped and pulled open the curtains on his bed.

"I'm having a nightmare!" He lowered his voice, but could clearly hear his fear and nervousness. "I dreamed that our family was dead, mom and dad, Bill, Charlie and the others were all killed!"

Harry frowned.

“That’s not right.”

Ron looked at him in surprise.

"You have the same nightmare?"

Harry couldn't reveal Lily's affairs, he just nodded vaguely.

"I just woke up by a nightmare."

In the dormitory, Semo was affected by their conversation, and turned over with his mouth squeaking. Neville's snoring was still as smooth as it was obvious that his sleep quality was very good.

Ron walked out of his bed, drank a glass of cold water, and soon he calmed down.

"This may be just a coincidence. We just had a nightmare together." He said lightly.

Harry felt that things were not that simple. Even now, he still remembered the feeling of being peeped at by someone who noticed it this afternoon in the empty classroom.

The more he thought about it, the more he felt that this was not his illusion. There was indeed something in the classroom watching them at that time.

But he didn't say anything to Ron anymore. He could feel that Ron was actually a little scared now and didn't want to talk too much about this.

Both of them were not sleepy for the time being, and they chatted quietly, discussing the three-way competition until dawn.

Fortunately, today is the weekend, otherwise, with their listless appearance, no matter which professor's class they go to, they will be deducted a lot of points.

Arriving at the common room, Harry and Ron sat in front of the fireplace and waited for Hermione to come out before going to have breakfast together.

Not long after, they saw Hermione, who was also fixed in black circles, walked out of the girls' dormitory, who was obviously not sleeping well.

Harry and Ron were stunned. They looked at each other, and then asked Hermione in unison.

"You had a nightmare last night?"

Hermione looked in a mess, and she sat decadently on the single sofa.

"I dreamed that a dark wizard found my home. They hung my parents in the sky like those wizards who were in trouble in the Quidditch World Cup. My wand was taken away by them. They could only scream from the side, watching them fall to the ground and die, but they could do nothing."

Harry and Ron looked at each other again, and this time the eyes became increasingly unbelievable.

Hermione finally realized what was wrong with them at this time and looked up at them.

"You said "yes"?"

Harry looked solemn.

"Ron and I were awakened by having such nightmare in the middle of the night. We thought it was just a coincidence."

Hermione can see the reality better.

"It's impossible to be a coincidence! The possibility of three people who have connections having nightmares together on the same night is too low, and we haven't been frightened during the day."

Harry thought of something and he thought about it.

"I think it's related to that classroom. At that time, I always felt that someone was staring at us."

Ron couldn't help but shudder.

"But after we went in, there was obviously no one inside."

They didn't sleep well all night, and now they were hungry, so they got up and walked towards the auditorium while chatting.

"Maybe there is some strange ghost there. I have seen it in some magic books. Some evil spirits will suck the anger of living people and make them have nightmares at night."

Hermione said seriously.

Harry looked at them and asked tentatively.

"Or why don't we go to that classroom to see when we finish breakfast?"

Hermione agreed with this. Although Ron seemed a little scared, he finally agreed to go there with them.

After breakfast, they came to the empty classroom on the basement of the castle.

It was no different from when they came in yesterday. Because it was underground, there was no sunlight and no lighting. I could only rely on some light from the corridor to avoid making the whole classroom so dark that I could not see my fingers.
