Chapter Three Hundred and Thirty Two Memories

Kakarov was as straight as possible, and he was tied tightly to the chair.

"Yes, sir." Despite the fear in his voice, Sherlock could still hear the familiar and smooth tone. "I am willing to serve the Ministry of Magic, and I am willing to help... I know that the Ministry of Magic is... hunting down the remnants of the Black Devil, and I am willing to do my best to help you..."

Dumbledore and Moody, who were watching this memory with Sherlock, looked at Kakarov sitting in the middle, with memories on his face.

"I remember this was a trial that was coming to an end. Those important figures had been confirmed and sentenced to imprisonment. The rest were small characters and uncertain people... Oh, no, I forgot that those people were also arrested on this day and faced trial."

Moody said in a deep voice.

Dumbledore nodded, staring at Kakarov, who was trying to fight for his own freedom in the iron chair.

"There were many trials this day, but there were only two that deserved attention."

When they were talking, the people around them who were in the memory scene were not impressed.

Sherlock and Moody, who had seen more than a decade ago, were whispering something with Dumbledore.

"Karov, you said you know some people's names," Crouch said, "please tell us."

"You have to know," Kakarov looked around the platform, as if hoping to find someone who could speak for him.

But to his disappointment, there were more than 200 wizards on the platform, each of them staring at him coldly, and he could only swallow his saliva and said.

"That mysterious man has always been very mysterious... He wants us, I mean his gangsters-I deeply regret that I have been with them-"

"Stop talking nonsense." The young Moody said sarcastically.

“——We never knew all the names of all our accomplices——He only knew who we had——”

"Didn't you say you know some people's names?" Crouch frowned.

"I...yes." Kakarov said breathlessly, "they are all very important followers. I saw them do things according to his orders... I provide this information to prove that I was completely broken with him and that I could not be repentant-"

"Where is the name?" Crouch snapped.

Kakarov took a deep breath.

"There is Antonin Dolokhov. I, I saw him tortured countless Muggles and, and those who did not support the Black Devil.

"We have arrested Dolokhov," Crouch said, "just after you arrested."

"Is that?" Kakarov's eyes widened, "I-I'm very happy!"

But he didn't look happy. Sherlock saw that the news was a heavy blow to him. A name in his hand was useless.

He later reported the names of several wizards, and it was obvious that he cherished the "reliances" he had now controlled, which he could make sure that he could come out of Azkaban.

But these people have also been arrested by the Ministry of Magic, and his rumor has not played any role.

Kakarov was really anxious now. He was afraid that he would be brought back to the dilapidated island full of dementors.

"Travers! He assisted in the murder of the McKinnons! And Mulceber! He specialized in soul-catching curse and forced many people to do something terrible! Lukewood, a spy, provides useful information to mysterious people from the Ministry of Magic!"

He obviously said a very valuable thing, which made a noise sound throughout the stands.

However, Crouch's appetite was obviously not small. He stared at Kakarov, as if he wanted to squeeze his last value dry.

"If it were just these, you would not be completely exempted from your punishment. Kakarov, you will be sent back to Azkaban and wait for us to make a decision..."

"And Snape!" Kakarov shouted, "Severus Snape! I promise he is also a Death Eater!"

Crouch's cold voice broke his last illusion.

"Snape has been pardoned and Dumbledore is here to protect him personally."

Amid Kakarov's despair, he was pulled out by the dementor again.

His snitch seems to be fruitless. Looking at Kakarov who was taken out of the door, Moody, who was standing next to Sherlock, sneered.

"He is very lucky. According to the Ministry of Magic's consultation, he was not going to give him a reduction in sentence. After all, except for Luke Wood in the Ministry of Undercover, the other names he said were already revealed by Auror himself."

"But later Barty considered giving him enough rewards to set an example for the Death Eaters who were caught later and asked them to report their accomplices together, so he reduced his sentence to half a year."

While he was talking, the scenes around him changed, and they were still in this inquisition, but the wizards around him were obviously changed, and the atmosphere was much easier than Kakarov's previous one.

It doesn’t seem like a serious trial is being held here, but a star-chasing scene.

Dumbledore pulled out his wand, as if it was because the next few trials would not help them, so he had to press the fast forward key.

But after Sherlock accidentally caught a glimpse of the examined person who was arranged to sit on an iron chair, he suddenly stopped Dumbledore's movement.

"Wait." He looked at the famous Quidditch player who was much younger than a decade later. "Why did he also go to court? It was also because of helping Voldemort?"

Seeing Sherlock becoming interested in the trial below, Dumbledore also stopped his plan to fast forward.

He also looked at the man on the iron chair and said softly.

"You'll know if you keep listening."

"Ludo Bagman, you were taken to the Magical Law Commission to answer the charges against your Death Eater activity."

Crouch, who seemed much more tired than Kakarov's trial, said.

"We have heard the testimony that we reported you and are about to make a verdict. Do you have anything else to say before the verdict is announced?"

"Only one sentence." Ludo Bagman, who was still a star Croucher, smiled unnaturally, "Well, I know I'm a fool..."

One or two wizards smiled tolerantly in the seats around him, but Crouch was unmoved. He looked at Ludo Bagman with a serious and disgusting look on his face.

"Ludo Bagman, you were caught while delivering intelligence to Voldemort's gangs," Crouch said. "For this, I suggest that you be sentenced to at least-"

But there were angry shouts from the four seats, and several wizards stood up and shook their heads at Crouch, and even waved their fists. They were obviously stopping Crouch from pronounced the sentence.
