Chapter 57 The Holiday Begins

As expected, Harry and the other three were kicked out of Professor McGonagall's office.

They completely ignored it, and without facts in front of them, no one would believe their words.

Even they themselves passed the previous discoveries and the next three tests to completely confirm Sherlock's Crow Mouth talent.

And now they don't mention convincing Professor McGonagall to believe them, even how to persuade her to work with them to determine the facts from Sherlock is a problem.

Just as Harry and the others left Professor McGonagall's office in a daze, they were worried about what Hermione should do next.

Hermione suddenly cheered up and said firmly.

"I can't stay in Hogwarts!"

Harry and Ron turned to look at her in shock.

"I, I know you are in danger Hermione, but you are not going to drop out of Hogwarts yet, right?" Harry stammered.

Hermione shook her head.

"I'm not going to drop out of school, but I can't stay in Hogwarts this Christmas."

Hearing what she said, Ron and Harry's eyes lit up, and the loneliness and depression that had been before were instantly wiped out.

Their previous thoughts have always been in a dead end, subconsciously thinking that Hermione must stay in Hogwarts Castle this Christmas holiday.

But in fact, although she has signed on the school list, she can return temporarily and take the Hogwarts back home for this Christmas holiday.

Anyway, the holiday has not started yet, so I will go to the professor to regret it and say that it is still too late to go home.

As long as Hermione leaves Hogwarts, even if Sherlock's crow mouth effect still exists, she will not be at risk of being attacked by monsters in the secret room.

In the end, Hermione figured it out by herself.

"That's right! Professor Forrest said that he wishes you a happy Christmas holiday. As long as you leave Hogwarts on Christmas and hide this time, there will be no more danger!"

Harry said excitedly, and Ron finally smiled on his face.

Now the three of them feel like they have survived the disaster.

Harry even felt that when he protected the Philosopher's Stone in front of the mysterious man last year, he was not as exciting as he was today.

Professor Forrest is so terrifying!

This was the only thought that rose in his mind at this moment.

It is easy to solve the problem of changing your mind to go home during the Christmas holiday.

They found Professor McGonagall again, crossed Hermione's name from the list of students who applied to stay in school, and determined that she could board the train back to London the day before the Christmas holiday began.

After this incident, Harry and the other three did not dare to test Sherlock for the remaining days before the holiday began.

Even when we meet and say hello, we are frightened, for fear of a sudden greeting and blessing from Sherlock.

Finally, the day before Hermione left, she told Harry and Ron seriously.

"You don't need to do any extra operations for the potions being cooked in the bathroom. Just make sure that the fuel under the crucible is sufficient every three days. Remember not to meet Professor Forrest on Christmas Day! If there is really no way to avoid meetings, you must interrupt what he says before he says Christmas greetings to you!"

"If you don't even have time to interrupt, then hide in the lounge immediately after being blessed by the professor. Don't come out easily until the blessing is over. However, you will not be the target of the Slytherin successor to open the secret room. Judging from the previous situation, at least there will be no life danger."

Hermione explained a lot, the most important thing was to warn Harry and they would not go to Sherlock's crow's mouth for testing during the period when he was not in Hogwarts.

They were really scared. They thought it was a fun thing before, but after something happened to Hermione, they realized how terrible it was after being blessed by Sherlock.

With Hermione's departure, the Christmas holiday officially began.

Sherlock, who wrote the senior year's exercise book before the holiday began, finally had time to relax.

But no matter how busy he was before, he did not relax on the live spot map to monitor Neville.

But after he noticed Neville's abnormality, the castle seemed to have begun to become calm.

No attacks have occurred for two consecutive weeks, and on the map of the live spot, Neville's whereabouts are normal.

Before the holiday, except for going to the classroom to attend classes normally, there was no other abnormal behavior. After the holiday, he stayed in the dormitory except for eating, which was much more honest than other Gryffindor who jumped up and down in the castle every day.

But the more he did this, the less Sherlock reduced his doubts about him.

After the holiday began, he observed Navig who came to eat several times during lunch time.

I found that he had some subtle changes compared to before.

His cold may have been cured, and his face no longer showed an abnormal paleness, but became rosy.

My whole temperament has become a little relaxed. Although I still look very timid, I don’t feel like a frightened bird that I always gave me.

Sherlock could feel that something seemed to have happened to Neville, which caused his change this time, but he could not know what it was.

On Christmas Day, when Sherlock woke up early in the morning, he found that his bed was filled with gift boxes.

These are basically sent by members of the Order of the Phoenix Society. As a new member, he will naturally receive a lot of care this year.

Sherlock gave only the same gift for Christmas, which was the Christmas candy she sent to Dumbledore every year.

This is the habit that the original owner has maintained for five years after discovering that Dumbledore showed extraordinary love for sweets.

Sherlock saw this carefully in his diary, but did not interrupt the habit. He also thoughtfully attached a small greeting card to the gift, which read:

Merry Christmas to Professor Dumbledore.

He took apart the simple gifts, mostly with books about magic, and a hand-knitted sweater given by Mrs. Weasley, and a knitted hat given by Professor McGonagall.

Sherlock put his sweater in his robe, put on a dark blue knitted hat on his head and walked out of the office, preparing to go to the auditorium to help with some decorative decorations.

As a result, before he could reach the corner of the stairs on the first floor, he saw Dumbledore, who was bearded in front of him, standing up carefully from the ground with the stairs.
