Chapter Ten The Stone Mother(2/2)

Aunt Marcy made a gesture of praise with her arms crossed, nodded, and left the cave.

Before leaving, he said to Alka: "When you come to my house for dinner in the evening, Sigert said that you have to follow a merchant ship."

After Aunt Marcy left, the priest stared at Alka.

"Come little Alka, pray for your mother's peace."

Hearing this, Alka walked over.

Looking at the bones piled under the statue, he crossed his hands and lowered his head slightly.

The priest's voice rang in his ears.

“Calm down your soul, praise the Stone Mother in your heart, and pray to her to grant your loved ones peace after death.

The Mother Stone’s gift to the heart is as strong as a stubborn stone.”

The priest's voice seemed to have some kind of magic power, which smoothly made Alka's heart inexplicably calm.

Follow the guidance of his voice.

Pray to the Stone Mother in your heart.

Think silently in your mind:

"The Mother Stone's gift to the heart is as strong as a stubborn stone."

Suddenly there was no sound in my ears anymore, as if I was immersed in a silent world.

"Click."

A stone suddenly broke into pieces.

Alka opened his eyes suddenly.
