Li Xiaochen said: "Buddhism is the Buddha's perfect and perfect education for all living beings. It is education, not superstition. The Buddha never said that he was a god. Look at when Sakyamuni Buddha was alive, like Confucius, he preached every day

"Actually, the Buddha is a teacher. We who learn from the Buddha are his students. The Buddha statues enshrined in temples were built by the students in memory of the teacher. The Buddha is the teacher of the three realms and the enlightened saint. How could he fight for that one
Incense? This statement undoubtedly treats Buddha as an ordinary deity."
"Everyone should know that Bodhisattvas have no thoughts and take the thoughts of all living beings as their thoughts. Bodhisattvas have no thoughts and take the thoughts of all living beings as their thoughts. Buddhas and Bodhisattvas think for the sake of all living beings and are absolutely not selfish. You have selfishness in your heart, so
Looking at others is also selfish."
These words made Professor Chen nod frequently. He couldn't help but admire: This student's insights are very thorough, rare, really rare.

The second sentence on the blackboard is: Taoism talks about retribution in this world; Buddhism talks about retribution in the next life.
After Li Xiaochen read it, he laughed again and said: "This is also a fallacy. People who say this don't understand Buddhism at all. Yes, Buddhism talks about cause and effect in three lives. But what makes people think that Buddhism only talks about cause and effect in three lives.
Afterlife?"
"The cause is like a seed, and the fruit is naturally a fruit. Plant the seeds in the ground, fertilize, water, and take careful care before they can bloom and bear fruit. Before the fruit comes, there is the flower. This is what people call the retribution of this world!"
"Who said that Buddhism doesn't talk about retribution in this life? Have you read the Four Trainings of Liao Fan? Zen Master Yungu, who taught Yuan Liaofan in it, is a disciple of Buddhism. He taught Mr. Fan to change his destiny so that he can get good rewards in this life.
.Isn’t this retribution in this world? There will be flowers in this life, and there will be results in the next life. So the second sentence is also wrong.”
The third sentence that follows is: Cultivation is against nature.
After reading it, Li Xiaochen shook his head even more: "The person who said this must be someone who has read too many fairy novels. Who said that God does not allow ordinary people to practice and become immortals or recite Buddha's name and die? How is this going against heaven? Heaven and earth are not kind.
Treat all things as stupid dogs! The way of heaven has no relatives and always associates with good people! These words all show that the way of heaven is just a natural law and has no consciousness."
"What is heaven and what is Tao? Heaven is nature and Tao is the law. The Tao of heaven is the law of nature. Before explaining, we must first understand something."
"The true nature of human beings is the same as that of the Buddha. However, we cannot realize it because of delusions, distinctions, and attachments. For example, our true nature is the Muni pearl. All kinds of deep habits are dust. Now we are like dust-covered pearls.
.Practice is to wipe away these dust and restore the original luster of the orb."
"Your God doesn't allow you to practice? Is he jealous of you or afraid that you will surpass him? What a joke."
"Perhaps some people will interpret going against heaven as: going against nature. Because practitioners are trying to overcome life and death and transcend the six paths. So some people think that this goes against the laws of nature."
"Well, let me ask first, do you know where life, death and the six reincarnations come from? What about immortals? Can they really be immortal and live forever?"
During the days when he got along with Jiang Mier, Li Xiaochen had read all kinds of books given by Jiang Mier. He already knew this aspect very well.
At that moment, he explained some truth to the teachers and students present.
First of all, when gods or immortals, that is, heavenly beings, are about to die, the five signs of decline will appear:
First, the clothes are dirty and greasy. The clothes worn by gods and humans are gorgeous, clean, spotless, and do not need to be washed. When the blessings are exhausted and the life span ends, there is dirt;
In the second case, the corolla withers. The crown of flowers worn by deities is very solemn and beautiful, and will naturally wither when the blessings are exhausted and the life span ends;
Third, sweat flows from the armpits, and the body of the deity is delicate and fragrant. He never sweats. When the blessings are exhausted and the life is over, sweat flows from the armpits;
Fourth, the body is stinky. In the past, gods practiced seriously and strictly observed the precepts, so the incense of precepts was produced on the body, and the fragrance was fragrant. When the blessings are exhausted and the life is over, the body emits the smell of dead bodies;
Fifth, if you are not happy in this seat, the gods and humans are always in concentration, as if they are motionless. But after noticing that the four signs of decay have appeared in your body, you know that your death is coming, your heart is flustered, and your thoughts are flying, and you cannot stay in concentration. , became restless, and eventually died.
After death, gods and humans will also suffer the sufferings of reincarnation in the six realms.
The heavenly realm, the human realm, the asura realm, the animal realm, the evil ghost realm, and the hell realm—these six realms actually appear according to the karma of all living beings.
When Sakyamuni Buddha preached the Infinite Life Sutra, Venerable Ananda once asked: If there is no Mount Sumeru in the Western Paradise, then where will the Four Heavenly Kings and Trayasatha Heavens live?
The Buddha asked Ananda in return: Where do they live in the Yoma heaven, the Tusita heaven, and even in the form-realm and the colorless-realm?
Ananda replied: It exists due to the incredible karma of all sentient beings.
It can be seen from this that the six paths of reincarnation are not created by any god or immortal, but are formed by everyone's own karma. Everything is caused by cause and effect.
All sentient beings have created karma for the hell realms during their lifetimes. If they have unclear thoughts at the end of their lives, they will be drawn by their karma and fall into the hell realms to suffer.
In the "Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's Original Vow Sutra", Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's previous life a long time ago - a Brahmin woman, had great filial piety. In order to save her mother who fell into the evil path, she practiced extensively and made offerings, and sincerely recited the Tathagata Awakened Buddha. name.
After a day and a night, without any confusion, I achieved the Samadhi of chanting the name of Buddha. I broke through the space dimension and traveled to hell.
Seeing the non-poisonous ghost king, during the conversation, the Brahmin girl asked herself why she could go to hell?
The Poisonless Ghost King told her: If it is not for the power of God, it requires karma. Without these two things, it will not be possible.
It can be seen that there are two kinds of people who can go to hell.
One is a Bodhisattva who takes the power of great compassion and goes to hell to save sinful sentient beings; the other is a sinner who goes to suffer sin.
It can be seen from this that the hell path is indeed realized by the karma of all living beings. The same is true for other paths.
The Western Paradise is a special place, transformed by Amitabha's great compassionate vows, where all the good people gather.
It has no cause of the Six Paths, so naturally there are no Six Paths.
