Cabbage noodles

Lei Yunsheng was woken up, and his smiling face suddenly turned cold.

When he saw it was Li Hai, he calmed down.

He pulled the quilt that Li Hai was holding down, but unfortunately he couldn't pull it out at all.

He sighed helplessly, "Can you please forgive me? I'm not going to exercise. I just want to sleep now."

Li Hai seemed to have not heard what he said and lifted his quilt.

Before he got angry, he quickly said something that could save his life, "Get up quickly, wash your face and brush your teeth, Yunsu is making breakfast."

Sure enough, as soon as he said this, Lei Yunsheng not only did not get angry, he immediately got out of bed and ran straight to the bathroom without wearing any shoes.

Li Hai smiled and left faster than Lei Yunsheng went to the bathroom just now.

He got up early to exercise. After exercising for so long, he was already covered in stinky sweat. He wanted to go back to his room to take a shower and then enjoy today's breakfast.

Downstairs, Yunsu is already busy working.

When I saw the vegetable garden, I had already thought of countless ways to do it.

Among all the methods, I chose the one that I want to eat most at the moment.

That's cabbage noodles.

Yunsu took out an appropriate amount of flour and sprinkled a little salt into the flour.

This is her exclusive secret recipe to make the noodles taste more chewy.

She held a bowl filled with water in one hand and chopsticks in the other.

She poured water into the basin and stirred it. When all the dry flour turned into dough, she put down the bowl and chopsticks and kneaded the dough vigorously.

All the dough pieces gradually stuck together under her hands, and soon it turned into a white, fat, smooth dough.

She put the dough back into the basin and covered it with a bowl to let the dough rest so that the water in the dough and the flour particles could be fully integrated.

During the waking up period, Yunsu was not idle either.

She cut the whole cabbage in the middle and divided it into two equal parts.

Then remove the yellow cabbage core and set aside.

Cut the two halves of cabbage in half and cut off the part with more leaves.

The remaining cabbage sticks are placed together with the cabbage core.

She rinsed all the cabbage, piece by piece.

Cut the cabbage pods and bright yellow cabbage core into thin strips, and sprinkle some salt evenly to remove the moisture from the cabbage.

After doing this, the dough is ready.

The dough quickly turned into a giant pie crust in her hands.

Yunsu evenly sprinkled dry flour on the crust, then folded the crust up and down, and cut it all into noodles of about five millimeters.

She stretched out her hands to hold all the noodles, and shook off the dry flour.

Before processing the dough, she boiled water in two pots.

At this moment, she shook the noodles and boiled the water.

She put the noodles into the boiling hot water and quickly separated them with chopsticks.

After making sure the noodles wouldn't stick together, she put the cabbage leaves into another pot.

In just a few seconds, she fished out the cabbage.

She put the cabbage in the empty bowl and found another empty bowl.

In an empty bowl, add a few drops of cooking oil, half a spoon of sugar, half a spoon of vinegar, an appropriate amount of soy sauce, a little salt, and a lot of minced garlic.

She heated the pot, poured in an appropriate amount of oil, and continued to heat.

While the oil was heating, the noodle pot next to it began to boil again. She added a circle of cold water around the edge of the pot, and when the noodles boiled again, it was ready to be taken out of the pot.

When the oil pan started to smoke, Yunsu turned off the heat and poured the hot oil into the sauce she had just prepared.

Sizzling, the rich aroma of garlic fills the entire kitchen.

She put the blanched cabbage into the soup to fully integrate it with the soup.

Then wash the cabbage that has been salted before, squeeze out the excess water, add an appropriate amount of vinegar and sugar, and a refreshing side dish is ready.

Bring the noodle pot to a boil again and turn off the heat.

Yunsu put the noodles into the cold water that had been prepared long ago.

After running the cold water twice, she put the noodles into small bowls, spread the cabbage leaves she prepared before on the noodles, and finally poured the soup into each bowl.

The white noodles are covered with green cabbage, and the cabbage is mixed with burnt minced garlic, and the soup is drizzled with a little bit of oil.

Lei Yunsheng and Li Hai ran to the dining table in three steps. They closed their eyes and inhaled sharply, "It smells so good."

Yunsu put the sweet and sour cabbage on the table, wiped the sweat from his forehead, and sat down, "Let's eat."

I don't know if it was Lei Yunsheng's illusion, but he felt that the bowl of cabbage noodles smelled better after Yunsu came over.

Yunsu used chopsticks to stir up the noodles so that they filled up the soup.

Picking up a handful of noodles and putting it into her mouth, Yunsu narrowed her eyes in satisfaction.

Just one word, fragrant!

The noodles are chewy and smooth, with moderate softness and hardness, the cabbage is crispy, and the soup is oily and not greasy. It's pretty good.

Taking another mouthful of cold cabbage, Yunsu nodded, "There's still a lot of water. Next time, kill it a little longer and it will taste even better."

Lei Yunsheng and Li Hai only focused on eating, listening to Yunsu's words, and they just made a perfunctory hum.

For a moment, the only sound in the restaurant was the sound of noodles being sucked.

After eating, Lei Yunsheng and Li Hai drank up all the soup in the bowl.

The two of them burped contentedly, and the burping didn't stop, but they said: "Is there anything else? I'm not full, burp~"

Yunsu rolled his eyes at the two of them, "If you two didn't hiccup, I might still believe you when you said you weren't full."

She has met such diners before. They are obviously full, but they have to say that they are not full.

That posture won't give up until you push yourself to death.

Of course she can't ignore other people's health and let them eat. A gentleman loves money and gets it wisely. She is a good person!

The main thing is, if she supports one person to death, won't she have one less diner?

So if we want to develop sustainably, we can't let them eat too much, and that's about it.

After Yunsu said those words, the two of them tightened their mouths in tacit agreement, fearing that they would hiccup again.

They really overestimated themselves, and instead of stopping, the hiccups got worse.

Yunsu smiled and said, "You two put away the dishes and wipe the table. I'm going out."

"What are you going to do?" Lei Yunsheng and Li Hai asked.

"Go and apply for a business license and other necessary documents."

The two stood up, and Lei Yunsheng suggested, "Shall we take you there?"

Yunsu raised the key in his hand and said, "No, I'm just going for a ride on my car."

"No more talking, see you later."

Lei Yunsheng and Li Hai looked a little sad at Yunsu's leaving figure, especially Lei Yunsheng, "It looks like there should be no food for lunch today."

Li Hai pointed to the plates on the dining table and said, "There is still some cold cabbage left. I won't take this from you. You can keep it for lunch."

Lei Yunsheng glared at Li Hai, gritted his teeth and said, "Thank you."
