After sufficient reading and understanding, one round of voting is used to eliminate those works of relatively poor quality, which not only straightens out the next selection ideas for the judges, but also ensures the professionalism and rigor of the awards.

The voting started at nine o'clock in the morning. In addition to the 25 judges, there were also comrades from the Yanjing City Notary Office. Today's voting will be supervised by them throughout the process.
