Chapter 54: Unfinished Things

"What do you want to do?" She opened her eyes, a little manic and nervous.

I have never thought Jiang Weifeng was so... clingy!

"Don't read anymore?" Jiang Weifeng did not answer her previous question, but raised his eyebrows to ask other questions.

"No more reading. I'm tired. Let's take a rest."

She said casually, pulled the quilt on one side, and prepared to continue sleeping.

But before the quilt was pulled halfway, a big hand suddenly grabbed her hand. The man's deep magnetic voice contained a hint: "Since you are fine now, let's do what we didn't finish before."

"What didn't we do before?" After eating, she had forgotten part of her memory.

But as soon as the words came out, she saw that the man's eyes darkened, and two small flames seemed to be lit inside. This familiar look reminded her of the familiar scene in the hotel before.

His face turned red.

She finally remembered what she had left unfinished.

"I'm not tired anymore and want to continue reading."

As she finished speaking quickly, she turned around and quickly rolled past him in an attempt to escape.

Unfortunately, it's too late.

As soon as her body turned over, she was grabbed by the man's big hand. The man immediately bullied her and pressed her down effortlessly with his strong body.

The distance between two people should not exceed one centimeter.

"We'll see when it's done." The man's voice was low and dangerous.

"I...well..."

Before she could say anything to refute, the man blocked her back forcefully.

His movements were domineering but gentle. She was shy at first, but soon began to be emotional. After all, she was not a young girl who had just started to fall in love. Since she couldn't resist, she could only take the initiative to attack.

So she used both hands to tightly hug the man's neck, bit the man's lips rudely, and tried to turn over and press the man under her.

Sensing her intention, Jiang Weifeng raised his eyebrows and his eyes flashed with interest.

In order to maintain the man's dignity, he did not give in. With one force, he pulled up her dishonest hands with one hand and pressed them on top of her head, making her unable to move.

"Uh huh..."

With her lips sealed, Su Dingning stared at the man and struggled back and forth vigorously, which only aroused the man's anger even more.

Suddenly, I felt a chill all over my body.

Before she could see clearly, she fell in front of the battle and was completely defeated.

For a long time, she lay paralyzed on the bed, unable to move her fingers, but she was still thinking in her mind, why did she lose her armor so quickly and not gain any upper hand?

At the end of the bed, the man had finished washing and changed his clothes. Through the rearview mirror of the dressing table, he saw the woman lying on the bed unwilling to get up.

The corners of Jiang Weifeng's mouth curled up slightly in a good mood.

"There is a banquet tonight, and you may come back late. You don't need to wait for me to go to bed." Jiang Weifeng's tone was brisk, probably because he felt physically and mentally comfortable.

When Su Dingning heard this, he angrily pulled up the quilt, covered his head, and refused to speak.

Jiang Weifeng glanced helplessly. Although he wanted to stay here, he had decided to attend this charity dinner long ago.

After a pause, he turned around and left.

After hearing the sound of the bedroom door closing, Su Dingning opened the quilt and exhaled loudly. The weather was gradually starting to get hot. She held her head down because she really couldn't stand it.

Although her body was extremely tired after doing a bed exercise, her mind was extremely clear.

Just as she was about to get up, the door was pushed open again. She quickly lay back down and continued to pretend to be dead.

Unfortunately, Jiang Weifeng had already seen her ostrich behavior and raised his eyebrows. He was originally going to come back to get the cufflinks he had pulled off, but now he changed his mind and walked to sit next to her, patting the bulge in the quilt.

Su Dingning twisted his body and continued to remain silent.

"I changed my mind." The man suddenly leaned forward, put his head close to the quilt, and spoke in a voice that both of them could hear.

Su Dingning was suffocating under the quilt. She deliberately didn't want to pay attention to it, but she couldn't resist the curiosity in her heart, so she lifted the quilt. Her face was already red from the suffocation, and she looked more and more charming.

Jiang Weifeng's eyes darkened again, but there was no time, so he had to let her go this time.

"What changed your mind?" she said in a muffled voice.

Her slightly hoarse voice brought him back to his senses. He glanced at her and said calmly: "I will take you to this banquet."

Although he didn't say what happened today, he knew that it left a shadow in her heart. Since the outside world misunderstood that the relationship between the two was at odds, he would simply take her out openly and let the world know.

Su Dingning is Jiang Weifeng's wife, this will not change.

Not knowing what Jiang Weifeng was thinking, Su Dingning was a little entangled and hesitant at the moment.

She really wanted to have the guts to reject Jiang Weifeng to express her dissatisfaction with him for throwing her down before, but she was really curious about the banquet, and there was no reason for him to go out and be cool, so she could only wait for him to come back in the villa.

So after thinking about it for a while, I agreed.

"Then wait for me while I change my clothes." She sat up and remembered that there were a lot of evening gowns in the cloakroom that might come in handy.

"Yes." He stepped aside and watched her stand up without any clothes on.

Su Dingning blushed a little and quickly picked up the nightgown on the side and put it on. Although everything had happened, she still felt a little shy being looked at like this.

With a red face, I went to the bathroom to take a shower. After entering the cloakroom, I became a little worried.

There were too many clothes, many of which had not yet had their labels cut off. She didn’t know how she could buy so many clothes before. There were also many dresses, and she was a little unsure of which one to wear.

Finally, he poked his head out of the cloakroom and asked Jiang Weifeng for help: "What kind of banquet is yours? What type of dress would be more suitable for me to wear?"

During this waiting time, Jiang Weifeng was sitting in front of her small desk, with her long legs folded elegantly, casually flipping through the original foreign language books she was studying. When she heard her question, she put down the book in her hand,

The tall body stood up.

When he walked to her side, his tall and straight body almost enveloped her in his arms.

"Are you changing your dress here?" He looked at her with dark eyes.

Su Dingning didn't understand why he asked so, and nodded naturally: "Yes, if you don't change it here, then where can you change it?"

Then she grabbed his hand, pulled him in and said, "Stop talking about this, come and help me see which one I should wear better. There are too many clothes."

Her tone was very troubled.

The dressing room is shared by the two of them, hers on the left and his on the right. In the middle there is a floor-to-ceiling mirror that occupies the entire wall. The space is no smaller than the bedroom.

But for Jiang Weifeng's clothes, although there are many clothes placed in each grid, shirts, suit jackets, casual wear, ties, belts and other accessories are all neatly arranged, it can still be seen that two-thirds of the

It's empty.

As for Su Dingning, nine out of ten times it was full. Many clothes seemed to be bought just for the sake of buying and never worn at all.

Jiang Weifeng glanced at the closet that belonged to her, and then remembered that before she lost her memory, she had gone through a lot of trouble to divorce him, deliberately extravagant and wasteful, buying a lot of brand-name clothes and bags, and doing whatever was wasted.
