Chapter 39 The Trouble Picking Up (Part 2)(2/2)

Because there is no longer only one person in the family, there is a temporary tenant. Tang En got up early the next morning to make breakfast for Shania. When Tang En was the only one, breakfast is always very simple, just a bottle of milk and a slice of bread.

Now that there is a little girl, Tang En has to find ways to make something delicious and nutritious.

Fortunately, there is still some inventory in the refrigerator.

A cup of hot milk, fried eggs, bread, cheese and bacon ham. Looking at the breakfast on the table, Don En thought about turning out an apple in the refrigerator. Then washed it and placed it next to the plate.

Since he traveled here for half a year, this is the first time Tang En has made breakfast so seriously. Looking back, he has no idea how many years he hasn't made breakfast by himself. When he was frying the eggs just now, he almost beat the eggs in the trash can.

And throw the eggshell into the pan.

He was busy preparing breakfast, but Tang En did not see Shania coming down from the upper floor. He was thinking that it must be because of the fatigue of the journey, so he asked her to take a while longer. Tang En sat at the dining table and started reading today's newspaper.

The most frequent name is still David Beckham, followed by Chelsea and Bates. The old man was finally overwhelmed by Chelsea's debt of more than 90 million pounds. He planned to sell his club.

After months of speculation, lies and clarification, the most likely buyer finally surfaced: Russian wealthy Abrasimovic.

Now all media are hyping up this person and the mysterious assets behind him, and some even regard him as the savior of the Premier League.

What made Tang En happy was that reality did not deviate much from the memory he knew, and Chelsea was indeed infinitely close to the mysterious Russian.

He is now thinking that after the Russians take over Chelsea, how can he get some benefits from that crazy transfer wave...

After thinking for a while, Tang En felt very discouraged. There were no very good players in his team that could attract the interest of the Russians, and then he quarrels. Michael Dawson is not mature enough, even if the Russians want it.

He doesn't know how to sell it himself, but others don't want it yet.

Moreover, because of the entry of the Russians, almost all clubs have doubled the price of selling people in the near future, which is as difficult as the Forest team's economic situation, let alone picking up any cheap and affordable players.

Thinking of this, the Russians entering this circle would do more harm than good for Tang En. He cursed and then put the newspaper aside.

He found that Shania had not yet got up. The fried egg was cold but it was not delicious at all. He decided to ask the child to get up.

Tang En first knocked on the door lightly at the door. But after knocking several times, there was no response. Then he shouted loudly, but no one answered... Tang En couldn't worry about the fact that he was sleeping inside.

He took out the key and opened the door.

The black and white sports bag was thrown openly on the ground, and the clothes and toys were scattered all over the floor. The sheets on the small bed were crumpled and messy, half still on the bed, and half dragged on the ground.

The thin quilt was wrapped around Shania's petite body, and it was shrinking into a ball and trembling, like a poor kitten.

Tang En felt that everything was wrong in front of him, so he rushed to the edge of the bed in two steps.

Shania was still in a coma, frowned, gritted her teeth, and said nonsense that Tang En couldn't understand...

Even the fool could tell that this girl had a fever!

Tang En took out his cell phone from his arms and dialed Randy's phone, then clamped his phone around his neck. While waiting for the signal to be connected, he lifted the quilt, picked up Shania, who was only wearing a short pajama, and rushed downstairs.

"Randy, where are you? In an emergency, I need a car now! Come quickly... life is at stake!"

Randy glanced at the GPS in the car and replied to Donn: "Three minutes, up to three minutes."

Then he said to the passenger sitting behind, "Sorry, sir.

Please fasten your seat belt, I have to change the way to pick someone up..." As soon as the words came, the motor roared loudly, and a beetle-like taxi immediately turned into a Need for Speed. It made a drifting turn at the intersection ahead, shook its butt, quickly adjusted its direction, and then rushed to Branford Garden Street where the Tangen family was.

Tang En stood by the roadside and waited anxiously for Randy's taxi. From time to time, he looked down at Shania curled up in her arms. Although she was not short, she was still very light when she picked her up. Tang En blamed this on the cruel adoptive parents.

The little girl's forehead was covered with sweat, and her wet hair was pressed against her face, as if she had just been fished out of the water. Tang En's chest was also wet with Xianya's sweat, and the girl's body was sticky and stuck to him, feeling very uncomfortable.
