12. The world is not worth it

The order of ceasing the subordinate order means that the government forces the "clean people" and "monk households" in the temple, enter the court to form a household registration, turn the cheap ones into good ones, and pay taxes to the court from then on.

Famen Temple is supported by these thousands of pure people, and Gao Yue is afraid that not only will heal the pure people, but also the land.

But it is obvious that Gao Yue wants to get rid of the land, "The servant came down from Qishan and saw hundreds of cars and boats in Guishanmen. You are all people from the world of justice. Where are you going to go if you want these cars and boats? It is obviously not in line with the rule of the court. There are three or five cars and boats left immediately, and the rest should be cut off."

The Three Bonds dare not speak out.

"You said that you who are sacrificing the world can have a meal, so what do you need so much land to do?"

Shanrun plucked up his courage and whispered, "Plowing, weaving, animal husbandry and other things are impure to us monks, so we have to clean people and maintain our land."

"What is purity and impurity? If you have karma consciousness, everything you do is purity; if you have karma consciousness, everything you do is impurity. The Zen monks in Jiangnan and Lingnan all open up fields and self-sufficient in deserted mountains and valleys. Practice hard and practice is called "Zen Forest", which is a good way for monks; Xingyuan Huguo Temple set up temples in the countryside, and weaving them with people and households is called "fireworks field" and "Qizhifang", which is also a good way. Who is like you?"

Then Gao Yue said that I would not confiscate the land, whether it is permanent land or the land that you bought later in Famen Temple, but I will soon be able to draw the painting and ascend the land of Famen Temple to the "anvil base book".

Is this taxation?

Wrong, Gao Yue is very smart. He knows the principle of "taxation is legal". He insists on putting the temple's property between "legal and illegal". If he cuts it in the future, there will be both meat (let the temple continue to operate semi-legal) and knife (the country will always have the name of cutting your meat because you are not completely legal).

So Gao Yue’s plan is to give Famen Temple a “whole purchase book”, and the grain, wine and oil collected by your temple every year will be purchased by the government at a price that is appropriate (small) and (thin) according to the amount specified in the granular (small) price.

Remember, our Tang Dynasty government never takes advantage of it.

Although the Three Cards were heartbroken, they could only nod.

Gao Yue was so eager that he said that there were 3,000 pure people in the mountain gate, and there were too many mills, oil beams, and vehicles. This was not good. Eighty percent of them were cut to the government, leaving some pure people for the temple to sweep, ring bells, guard, and repair. The rest were all incorporated into Fengxiang Mansion, and the fields were still from your temples, but you would have to share the benefits with the original pure people who rented farming land. In addition, don't forget to pay and buy money on time.

The expression on Sangang's face seemed to have cut off his life.

Originally, the income was reduced by a lot; what we got was also worth three cents to pay and buy the amount of grain, wine and oil specified in this paper.

What's worse is that Famen Temple cannot sell the land, because the amount on the purchase price is fixed and cannot be transferred and thieves. If you want to complete it, you must maintain the management of the existing land.

In other words, after Gao Yue's "Hebaobao" fell from the sky, Famen Temple became a large profit-making institution under the government...

But Gao Yue's lips opened again at this moment. He made the last request, which was also the ultimate goal of this trip. "The Changsheng Library should be added in the mountain gate, and the temple envoys will be in charge."

These words were really like thunder. The Three Bonds, especially Shanrun, who was responsible for Vina, almost collapsed on the ground.

The Pure Land Sect Huguo Temple, which is close to Gao Yue, set up an "endless warehouse" and started to start finance. At first, it accepted donations from believers, but now someone comes to store property. Infinite treasures are concentrated again to help farmers and merchants manage their industries.

Now Gao Yue wants to do Famen Temple, but he changes his name to "Changshengku".

Do you want to Famen Temple? Don’t.

Because Famen Temple is all about an old-school temple business style, frankly speaking, it is taking the upper-level route of the court, receiving gifts from the royal family or a large number of donations from the people, expanding into a landlord of the field, and then slapping people to pay for themselves or serving labor free of charge.

Things like Changshengku are unnecessary to them!

And even the blind man could see that Gao Yue forced the temple to set up a Changshengku, which was a shady man representing the imperial government and wanted to be inserted into the Famen Temple industry.

Unexpectedly, the terrible government power will eventually attack us.

You can't disobey, otherwise Gao Yue would place a charge of "blaming the king with his shadow bones and ignoring the superiors". The cavalry he brought would definitely burn the 24th palace of the Rose Forest and turn the Famen Temple into a piece of rubble, no matter what the first mountain gate of Tantra is.

In the end, he gritted his teeth and had to agree.

Then the temple master Shanguo clasped his hands together and said to Gao Yue: "Then we gathered together in the monastery and selected suitable temple envoys."

Who would have thought Gao Yue was a little surprised, "No, no, you don't need to choose a temple envoy."

Then he turned around and waved to Huo Zhongtang who was leaning over, "Qilang, invite Zhang Gaopin in."

Soon a middle-aged official wearing a purple robe walked in with a smile, bowed one by one, Gao Yue stood up and introduced to the Three Gangs of the Famen Temple: "This is Zhang Jingquan, the senior eunuch minister, who will be the envoy of the temple, and then he will serve as the temple envoy to serve as the temple's Changshengku."

The next day, on the majestic Qi Mountain, a long line raised the flag and welcomed the "Master Sage True Body" into the letter from the pagoda of Wuyouwang Temple. Then he passed by Famen Temple and returned to the capital.

Looking at all this on the hillside, Wei Shang felt his eyes dark, his throat was sweet, and his blood was filled with humiliation and heartache: the mountain gate has been operating in a bleak for several hundred years, but he expected that the essence would be completely destroyed!

"Sat, please!" Wei Shang finally became anxious and vomited blood, and fell into Shanguo and Shanrun's arms.

Amid the shouting, Wei Shang's face turned pale, opened his eyes slowly, looked at the sky, and said, "The world is not worth it."

In early summer, Buddha bone day and the emperor's birthday together. All officials and people in Chang'an took seven days off. The emperor ordered the Tongguan, Wuguan, Pujin, Sanguan, Luogu and other passes to release the passes. For a time, tens of thousands of believers who sucked Buddha bones went crazy and all rushed into Shangdu. Some of them were rich, while others were penniless, but that kind of fanaticism was quite consistent.

The emperor first ordered the Buddha's bones to be placed in Anguo Temple east of Zhuque Street for people to admire and give; then placed the Buddha's bones in Ximing Temple west of the street for people to give as well.

Around the lotus platform where the Buddha bones were placed, a brazier for initiation was erected. The monks chanted the Buddha's name and scattered the petals into it to burn it. The natives of Chang'an City who came to pay respects and the believers from all over the world were so excited that they cried and cried. The rich spent a lot of money when giving, and the poor had nothing to donate, so they could only take out their clothes that covered their bodies.

What's more, in order to respect Buddha bones, they ignite their hair and arms, and they do not hesitate to harm themselves.

Then everyone said that Buddha bones can really emit seven-colored light, and we all saw it.

Then we say that some blind people saw Buddha bones regaining their vitality, some deaf people saw Buddha bones regaining their intelligence, and some disabled people saw Buddha bones regaining their health.
