Chapter seven hundred and nine seats(2/2)
In the evening, the crimson Hogwarts Express slowly slowed down with white steam and drove into Hogsmead Station.
Harry and the others greeted Hagrid, but they couldn't talk much, because Hagrid had to take care of the first-year freshmen. They walked towards the carriage, and Hermione pulled out a piece of parchment from her pocket, "Harry, we should go ahead. One of the jobs of the president of the boys and girls' student union is to lead the students into the castle..."
They speeded up, passed the students one by one, and parked in front of a carriage. Then the two of them waited majestic for the students behind to get into the carriage.
"It's almost done." After a while, Hermione said. The two entered the carriage. Harry reached out and patted Yeshi's skinny back with emotion. Yeshi looked back at him gently, and then took a step.
The wheels rolled, and then the carriage behind them followed, and they lined up in a long line through the black night.
Finally, the carriage stopped beside the stone steps leading to the castle oak gate, Hermione jumped immediately, and Harry followed her. When almost half of her studies were born and gathered towards them, Harry and Hermione led into the castle.
The auditorium was brightly lit, and when Harry and the others entered, there were already many students inside, all of whom went to school through the fireplace. Harry saw many familiar faces, and some students in grades six or seven were sitting at the long dining table, chatting happily, just like after finishing the news clippings of the day during the summer vacation.
Harry was stunned for a moment and stopped. "What's wrong?" Hermione asked in a whisper, stopping as well.
The students behind were blocking the door and couldn't come in, and kept asking what was going on. At the same time, the students in the auditorium heard footsteps and noises and looked at them one after another. Harry's arrival made the students realize that school was already started. They stood up from their chairs and prepared to return to their college desks.
Harry walked straight towards the Hufflepuff long dining table.
Hermione hesitated to follow him, but Harry's direction became clearer and he showed more and more mistakes. "Harry, you're wrong." Hermione whispered. "Yes." Harry said in a calm tone, although his heart was beating violently at this moment.
He sat next to Kardwarad, the chasing player of Huffpach Quidditch team, whose eyes were wide open with a look of seeing a ghost.
Hermione reacted at the last moment, and she turned a corner from Harry and sat on the Ravenclaw's dining table.
"Hello, Hermione." A trance voice rang in his ears.
"Oh, hello, Luna." Hermione replied, looking nervously behind her, the people behind seemed a little confused, "Everyone - sit there casually." She cleared her throat and said, everyone came to their senses, and sat down in groups of three or three. The students who had originally stood up also sat back on the chair and continued the previous conversation.
