Let’s say that since ancient times, there have been many practitioners of Taoism, and those who have attained Taoism are as numerous as horns. But in this era, there are many people who have heard of Taoism, but there are even fewer people who have practiced Taoism. I have practiced Taoism for more than ten years, and the Taoist womb has been formed, but I have not even encountered any of the same Taoists. It can be said that there is no competitive pressure at all.

Here, I will share with you some of my experience in practicing Taoism. Practicing Taoism is not a joke. Practicing Taoism requires self-cultivation, mind, spirit, heaven, earth, and earth. And as today's earth is not harmonious, the earth's energy is stagnant, the weather is not regulating, and the four seasons are not regular, it is difficult! The great way is originally mysterious, and the world is inconsistent, let alone the great way? The world has changed a lot, and the same is true for the great way. If we still seek the Tao according to the methods and secret books of the ancients, today's people seek the ancient way will have half the result with twice the result, and perhaps nothing will be achieved. In a word, practicing Taoism must also keep pace with the world!
