The lower method can barely open up 365 qi holes. The body spirit that is sacrificed can vaguely manifest the external phenomenon, and one-in-one qi can mobilize three hundred and earth qi. A slightly better method can make the body spirit that is sacrificed can be more solid, and one-in-one qi can mobilize five hundred heaven and earth qi.

A higher level of method, one percentage of the internal qi can mobilize eighty or ninety-ninety of the heaven and earth's vitality. Compared with those who practice the lower qi, the power of those who practice the lower qi is more than three times stronger. Every move can be in harmony with the heaven and earth. The body spirit of the Zhoutian has even given birth to spiritual awareness, which is so sharp that a feather cannot be added, a fly cannot fall, and even the hostility of others can be sensed.

As for the state where the qi acupoints in the surrounding heaven are completely in line with the number of days, they are not something that the qi refiners in the innate realm can touch. It is rumored that when a saint enters this state, he observes the changes in the Ziwu flow of his own acupoints and orifices in the room, he can know the number of days in reverse. However, when the human immortal enters this state and closes the orifices, he can stand upright and blend with the heaven and earth.

Among the sixteen methods obtained by Li Buzhuo from the Seventy-Two Stone Monument, "The method of planting jade in the Zhoutian to achieve great success, one percentage of the internal qi can mobilize 70% of the heaven and earth's vitality, which is a middle and upper method, and there are four methods such as "Killing Body and Blood Transformation" and "Spiritual and Spiritual Gods' Method", which can mobilize more than 50% of the heaven and earth's vitality, which is a middle method.

As for the others, they are all inferior methods.

But it is not worthless if the lower method is used. For example, the "Nine Evils' Orifices Refining Method". Although it can only mobilize less than 30% of the heaven and earth's vitality until it is perfect, this method can forcibly lead evil spirits into the body, open up qi holes, and sacrifice the body and refining spirits very quickly. The time consumed is less than that of other methods.

Although attracting evil spirits into the body may damage the qi and blood, and at the same time make the internal qi mixed, it can complement each other if it is combined with the best method of clearing the mind and pulling away demons.

All kinds of methods have the meaning of reference.
