3. With the beautiful nature and living environment as the selling point, we will vigorously develop the high-end leisure and vacation industry, and target the high-end people in Shanghai to form ecological tourism on the island with leisure and vacation, outdoor sports, recuperation, training and exhibitions as the main body.

4. Upgrade Chongming’s original agricultural resources, form ecological agriculture with organic agricultural products, characteristic breeding and green food processing industries as the main body, build a number of green food bases, and cooperate with modern urban people to return to nature, get close to nature, and develop new projects such as agricultural tourism.

5. Relying on the advantages of the deep water coastline of Changxing Island, the marine economy and marine equipment capabilities are developed on the island, mainly based on modern ship manufacturing and port machinery manufacturing, attracting large shipyards and equipment manufacturing enterprises near Shanghai that are restricted by conditions and cannot expand their productivity here to invest and settle down.

6. Improve the atmosphere of scientific and technological research and innovation, form a new knowledge economy service economy with science and technology education, R&D headquarters, and international forums as the main body, build fewer chimneys, and more laboratories and conference centers.

However, based on his experience in investment and development in Hainan, the six development plans summarized are obviously more targeted and very operational, which makes him admit that Yang Xing can achieve good results in just ten years of business. The Marine Equipment Industrial Zone located on Changxing Island in "Ecological Chongming" is one of the six major industrial bases in Shanghai approved by the State Council and is an important part of the construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center.
