Chapter 25 Official Edition(5/6)

Ruibo remembered that there was another person among the sneak attackers, who seemed to have jumped down from the upstairs.

Ruibo walked upstairs.

The second floor after the fire can only be described as devastated. The lounge with countless rare treasures has long been burned by the flames.

There were burning traces everywhere on the ground, broken wooden boards, and other things scattered all over the ground.

Although most of the flames have been extinguished, there are still some small fire points, three of which are still relatively large, and Ribo is worried that they will once again make the fire uncontrollable.

The tapestry on the west wall is the most intense of everything, and there is also a cabinet close to the door, and the stair railings between the second and third floors are burning with blazing flames.

Rebor grabbed a corner of the tapestry that was not burning and pulled it off. The tapestry quickly absorbed the water on the floor, and the flames gradually faded.

Ruibo covered the fully wet carpet on the floor over the cabinet.

The continuous flow of water from the water-sucking carpet extinguished the flames on the cabinet.

Although the fire was extinguished by water, the remaining high temperature on the wooden boards after the burning turned the water into a mist in the sky.

For a moment, the entire second floor was foggy.

Ruibo walked up the third floor, and the railings on the stairs were still burning, emitting a scorching heat.

Ruibo flew up and kicked at the burning railing.

Mars flew everywhere, flames soared, and the railings broke and shattered into burning meteors, flying downwards.

The meteor fell into the water and it went out with a loud noise.

The edge of the stairs is still burning.

Ruibo remembered that there was a carpet in the study on the third floor. He covered the soaked carpet on the stairs and poured out the last ray of flame.

Ruibo visited the streets.

There was no loss on the third floor, and the fire did not spread here.

However, he was still worried and searched carefully in the study and laboratory. These two places were his most concerned places.

Fortunately, both the study and the laboratory are safe and sound.

It’s just that the floor is full of wrinkles and cracks due to the burning flames on the second floor.

Ruibo looked around and saw a window breaking, and it was obvious that the man jumped from here.

Ruibo walked to the window and looked down at the outside.

On the hillside in front of the villa, there was originally a tree canopy with lush branches and leaves, but now there was a piece of alopecia areata. You can clearly see the broken and low hanging branches around the alopecia areata.

In the distant wilderness, figures flashed, and a large group of people walked towards this place.

Apparently the fire in the villa alarmed the surrounding guards.

Rebow saw the man struggling from the woods towards the team.

Rebow jumped out of the window, and what he needed most now was a witness to prove that his mastermind behind him was Count Robert.

Jumping down from the third floor, Ruibo felt his body gently supported by the wind, as if he had no weight at all.

He fell to the ground with a light float, and he didn't feel the numbness of his feet that Teacher Maske had said.

Ruibo walked through the woods and came out of the woods.

He held the crossbow arrow in his hand and walked towards the limping knight.

The knight in front of him was obviously very injured. One of his legs was lame and his arm was seriously injured. He was so difficult to use the sword as a crutch and rubbed forward step by step.

Ruibo knew that he could easily catch up with this seriously injured knight.

The guards riding horses in the distance walked towards the place with torches in their hands. Suddenly they divided into two teams and surrounded them from one left and one right direction.

Ruibo felt an inexplicable alertness in his heart.

When I was in front of the church, I had the same alertness. It was a dangerous smell and a feeling of a fatal murderous intent approaching.

The thrilling scene in front of the cathedral once again appeared in front of him, the crossbow arrows that penetrated his head, the powerful heavy military crossbow, and the dangerous assassin who did not hesitate to kill himself in order to keep it a secret, all of this appeared before him.

Rebow recalled once again the words that Kyle had warned him many times.

When you think the safest is often the most dangerous.

Following the warning instructions, Ruibo quickly flew backwards, and he wanted to escape back to the woods.

The woods will be his safest hiding place, because the shadows under the trees will cover his body, and the miscellaneous trees and branches will block the arrows flying from all directions for him.

The woods will become an invincible fortress, and this naturally generated barrier is much safer than the thick walls of the villa.

It seems to be necessary to confirm the reliability of his alertness.

Only a loud shout came from behind me.

"Catch the assassin."

"Don't let the assassin run away."

...

Although he kept catching the assassin, the flying arrows that followed clearly showed that these knights did not want him to survive.

The sound of soothing was scraped through Ruibo's ear from time to time.

A shrill scream came from a distance, and it was obvious that the knight had been silenced.

Rebow knew very well that it was a time of crisis and all the arrows were shooting towards him, because the knight who could share some of his attention was dead.

Ruibo rolled on the spot and crawled into the woods.

Dozens of arrows followed behind him, and with a crisp sound of "snatching", most of these arrows were deeply nailed to the trees.

Only then did Ruibo feel the severe pain coming from his calves, and an arrow pierced the calves. What's worse is that the arrow did not penetrate but was buried deep in the muscles.

Just as Ruibo endured the severe pain and wanted to pull out the arrow.

Suddenly, my right arm seemed to be electrocuted and I became completely numb in an instant. I only knew that I had been hit hard before, and then the severe pain began to hit him. This time the arrow completely penetrated the arm.

Blood beads appeared from the front with arrows hanging on them.

Before Ruibo recovered from the severe pain, another arrow struck through the ribs and rubbed them over.

He could clearly feel blood seeping out of his waist and wet his clothes

Rebow curled up his body in order to hide completely behind the not-so-stout tree.

He took out his wand from his pocket, endured the severe pain, and chanted a spell softly.

At this point, Ruibo can only pray that his magic will succeed.

The severe pain made it difficult for him to concentrate on meditation.

After everything was ready, Ribo pointed his wand behind him and the spell that was activated was chanted from his mouth.

The psychedelic powder solvent was emitted and turned into an invisible fog of ten meters in a radius of invisible.

Ruibo continued to chant the spell, and he didn't need to aim at it, because the enemy was surrounded by the distance behind him.

Drop after drop, it turned into a piece of flying fog that was connected.

"Not good, there is an ambush."

"What's going on?"

"It's poisonous, someone is poisoning."

There were shouts one after another, and there was also the sound of someone falling under the horse and the horse lying to the ground.

Ruibo ignored these things at all, and he continued to perform his magic.

The psychedelic powder solvent was continuously launched into the middle of the Royal Knights' queue.

The shouting sound became weaker and weaker, and the arrows shot became increasingly sparse.

Ruibo estimated that the movement now should not be as dangerous as before.

He quietly hid deep in the woods and found a safe place to live behind a thick tree.

There are dense trees in front of you, and the arrows cannot be shot in at all.

But the wand will not be affected by these trees.

From the gap, Ruibo continued to fire the psychedelic powder solvent because he could aim, and the deadly attack could be called a hit.

The Royal Knights, who originally wanted to take advantage of the chaos, retreated one after another because of fear.

The royal knights lying down on the ground were scattered in the wilderness.

Some of them may never wake up again from now on, and high concentrations of psychedelic powder solvents are enough to be fatal.

Rebow slowly climbed up the hillside, found a place invisible to his bedroom window and sat down. He didn't want Miss Frera and Miss Randy to be frightened.

Sitting on the hillside, Ruibo held the wand tightly in his hand, and whenever someone approached, he would shoot psychedelic powder without any mercy.

The bitter cold wind blew, and Ruibo felt chill all over, and the pain in the wound was slightly numb, which was obviously due to excessive bleeding.

Although the pain no longer tortures him like he did just now, he was weak and the feeling of drowsiness made Ruibo feel like he wanted to fall asleep.
To be continued...
