370 Boiler Configuration
Although Zhang Yifu always believed that Dongdeng was relatively lazy in this visit, at least the staff of Kashima Power Plant expressed enough etiquette. The "factory manager" and senior executives here were wearing gray work clothes similar to ordinary workers and greeted them politely without any airs. Zhang Yifu, who was extremely decent in suits and tie, felt a little embarrassed.
Odagiri also became the Japanese translator on this trip, passing messages back and forth, expressing all kinds of respect and beauty, as if everything was so friendly and loving.
The afternoon before, Ou Wei and others who had been playing on the beach must have been treated so well. However, Zhang Yifu and the two old comrades were always nervous, knowing that it was all about face and nonsense now. Only when talking about core matters could they know what the other party was thinking.
After a brief handshake, under the leadership of Kashima Power Plant Director Katayama, the long-awaited inspection finally officially began.
The main factory building of the power plant is located in the center of the factory area, with the boiler open-air layout, the steam engine room is a steel structure, fully enclosed, and flue gas dust collectors and a collective chimney are arranged in sequence on the back of the main factory building. Four huge circular fully enclosed coal bins are arranged on both sides of the main factory building, and two medium-sized oil storage tanks are discharged on the outside.
Looking further away, it is the sea. This coastal power plant directly draws water from the ocean and has a considerable water inlet. Further away, it is a small dock. Coal is transported directly from the ship to the coal bin, saving all troublesome steps.
This macro design can be said to have applied the geographical area here to the extreme, avoiding all logistics costs. Even the "logistics" of coal transport in the factory are completed through automatic control devices in a fully enclosed pipeline. It will not waste a grain of coal dust or ash. According to the person in charge, Bashan, the current number of workers on duty in the entire factory is only 47, which is enough to operate the power plant in an orderly manner.
Zhang Yifu took the opportunity to ask. Even when loading and unloading the dock, can a work team of less than 50 people handle everything?
Katayama gave a positive answer to this, and the fully automated and mechanized equipment saved a lot of manpower.
After a macro-recognition, everyone chose Unit No. 5 to visit first. Judging from the boiler situation, there is nothing unexpected except being too tidy. After all, you can't see the situation inside the boiler. Although there is nothing on the surface, after Kazuyama's introduction, everyone found that there are still many things hidden here.
One of the freshest things is called "Electrostatic Dust Precipitator".
As we all know, coal-fired power plants are the big head of environmental pollution and are also the scapegoat for thousands of years. It is easy to say anything else. The fact that several huge and long chimneys emit yellow and black smoke 24 hours a day is used no matter how you explain it. Therefore, in terms of the environment, the most important thing to do is to emit flue ducts here.
With the combustion process of coal, huge amounts of pollutants of different types are discharged into the atmosphere. Among them, carbon dioxide and other things are actually just drizzles. The most terrifying thing is the huge amount of small particles of dust and sulfide.
Dust collectors are targeted for such dust. At this time, the main use of cyclone dust collectors is in addition to water film dust collectors, bag dust collectors, etc. Each dust collector has different applicable particle size ranges for dust according to different principles. Traditional cyclone dust collectors rely on rotation and centrifugal forces. They use the physical characteristics of gas to remove dust. Because they are simple and crude, the core is a "turn", so they mainly target large dusts of 3-100μm, which is more suitable for the current situation of domestic coal quality. Just cut the big head pollution first. It is also because of this simple and crude, so its dust removal efficiency is the lowest, about 70-85%, and will generate 400-1300pa smoke exhaust resistance, which consumes a lot of energy.
The Japanese have always been more calculating. When preparing coal, they pay a lot of attention to the coal grinding, and they want to grind the coal into juice before using it. Therefore, the dust produced by their boilers is usually smaller, so they also chose the "electrostatic dust collector" that looks more trendy. The principle is to use electromagnetic fields to ionize the gas, charge the dust, and separate it under the action of the electric field. Faraday and Maxwell's souls are united at this moment, and they use magical electromagnetic induction to complete the great feat of collecting dust.
It is obvious that this dust removal method targets relatively small particles, with an applicable range of 0.5-20μm, and the total dust removal efficiency is close to 100%. The resistance of 100pa-300pa is even less small. At the same time, the electrostatic field energy consumption is low, which saves the energy consumption of the rotating dust collector for desperate rotation, reduces the power consumption of the factory, reduces the coal consumption of power supply in another aspect, and protects the environment.
As for whether this high-end dust removal equipment will be included in the consideration of New Hebei, we cannot make a conclusion yet.
The best time to do dust pollution, sulfides should not be neglected. The dry sulfur removal system equipped by this boiler is also a magical device, with a desulfurization efficiency of up to 80%. The most amazing thing is that when the power plant is running at full load, this system can actually produce 55 tons of by-products, called gypsum. Faced with these too fashionable things, Zhang Yifu's mind is not enough, and he has no time to think about the principle too deeply. He just follows the team all the way, remember the advantages of factory design, and ask questions appropriately.
When Zhang Yifu asked why there were so few workers on duty and why there were so few dashboards, Katayama said you would know soon. Zhang Yifu really knew soon, because they had already left the boiler factory area and entered the central control duty room. The truly modern computer office environment is here, plus a very clear large screen. In fact, all the equipment conditions, operating parameters and power grid conditions of the entire factory can be seen here.
Zhang Yifu also instantly understood that this is almost a completely automated modern power plant, which is basically no different from the main power plant in China twenty years later. What I have to say is that I was using xp at that time and dos at this time.
If there are less than 50 people on duty in this power plant, half of them must be concentrated here, and there are staff sitting in front of more than a dozen computers. They did not cause any abnormal movement due to the arrival of the visiting team. They abide by the rules and take turns to check each parameter as required, and the atmosphere was quiet.
