Chapter 531 The disciples of the Three Purities
At noon, Song Laohei's house was extremely lively.
Although the meal was ready at almost two o'clock, none of the people who came were minded.
In fact, there were only a few dishes made by Song Laohei in this meal, and the other dishes were brought by the people who came from their homes. They were all from the same village and everyone knew what happened to Song Laohei today, so those who came to eat and drink were very consciously bringing their own food and food. In this way, they just gathered together and formed several tables.
Song Laohei's house must not be able to sit down, so he just ate in the yard. There is a big sycamore tree in his yard, with deep roots and lush leaves, which can cover the entire yard. It is quite cool for dozens of people to eat in the yard.
Yang Jing took out two bottles of Maotai liquor produced in 1972 from the storage space by taking the lead. As soon as the liquor was brought up, it immediately caused a sensation among the whole village.
Now it is not as good as twenty years later. At that time, rural people wish they could be richer than urban people. Drinking Feitian during festivals and holidays is not a rare thing. But now, most rural areas in China are not good. Not to mention Maotai for more than twenty years, even if it is the old wine of Shedian, Zhang Gong Daqu, Song He Daqu and other liquor produced in Henan Province, rural people are generally reluctant to drink it. Most rural people in this era were loose wine with a few cents a pound of loose wine...
Now Yang Huaqiao took out two bottles of Moutai for twenty years at once, and immediately aroused the alcohol addiction of a bunch of old wineworms.
There are too many people and too few wines. There is no way to do this. Although Yang Jing still has a lot of old wine in his storage space, he can't take it out. How can he explain it when he takes it out? So, these two bottles of wine are not enough. Isn't there still a barrel of loose wine? These days, loose wine is also quite delicious, at least it is grain wine.
There were more than twenty men who came to drink today. Two bottles of wine were even, and one person was less than one or two wines. However, drinking the legendary Maotai wine still made these simple farm men very happy.
As for the dishes, except for the sweet and sour carp made by Song Laohei, most of the others are ready-made cold dishes. Anyway, it is summer now, and the cold dishes are just wine, and the more you drink it, the more you get...
After three rounds of wine and five flavors, the atmosphere in the yard became hot. I was able to find the child smoothly today and caught the two human traffickers. This is a great thing. In addition, good wine to cheer up the fun. After drinking these few glasses of wine, the atmosphere will not be popular even if I don’t think it’s popular!
As the benefactor of Song Laohei's family and an overseas Chinese, Yang Jing was naturally invited to sit down by the chairman. In addition to Song Laohei and Party Secretary Song personally, several respected elderly people in the village also came to drink. The largest Yellow River carp was placed on this table, which was enough to prove the gratitude of the whole village to Yang Jing.
Yang Jing's alcohol tolerance was still good. After playing one by one, he calmly started talking to Old Master Song beside him.
This old man Song is the oldest man in a radius of five miles and eight villages. He is 96 years old this year. But this old man is still four years old and is over 100 years old. But the old man is not blind and deaf. He can still carry a fish basket by the river for no reason. His body really doesn't look like a ninety-six. If you don't know the age of this old man, you will say that he is 70 years old and you will believe him.
The old man was too old, so he drank a small cup of Maotai, and after drinking it, he started to use tea instead of wine.
To be honest, the owner of this family, Song Laohei, has to call this old man Grandpa Six, who is the sixth brother of Song Laohei.
Some words of thanks have been said long ago, so now Yang Jing began to whisper to talk to the old man beside him about something else.
"You talk about the Taoist temple in the west of the village? That Taoist temple is called Daimeiguan, and it is named from Daimeishan in the south." The old man stroked the snow-white beard half a foot long under his jaw and said with a smile.
When Yang Jing heard that this Taoist temple was called "Daimei Temple", he felt a little disappointed. However, Yang Jing was not mentally prepared. After all, the Yuecheng Temple on silk is a Taoist temple that has been around for more than a thousand years. With the scale of that Taoist temple, it is obviously impossible to pass on for so long.
But Yang Jing was still a little unwilling to give up, "Old Master, is this Taoist temple going to be old?"
The old man touched his beard and nodded and said, "This Taoist temple has existed for a long time. I remember when I was a child, I heard my grandfather say that this Taoist temple seemed to be rebuilt on the original ruins by a few Taoist priests who came from Zhongnan Mountain during the Qianlong period. However, when the Four Olds were broken, the Taoist temple was smashed. More than ten years ago, several Taoist priests who came out of Wangwu Mountain across the river renovated the Taoist temple. Well, it seems that this Taoist temple was called Daimeiguan since the Qianlong period."
"Old Master, what do you mean is that this Taoist temple was a ruin during the Qianlong period? In other words, this Taoist temple has actually existed for a long time?"
"Well, it must have been a long time. People around our area were all immigrated from Hongdong, Jin Province in the early Ming Dynasty. The saying circulated in the village was that when we immigrated here, there seemed to be a Taoist temple on the edge of the village, but no one could explain it clearly. Later, when the Qing Tartars came, people around here killed and fled. It took a long time before someone secretly returned here from other places. The history of the village was short of a long time, and no one knew the history of the Taoist temple. Anyway, the Taoist temple that I, the old man, knew, had been abandoned twice."
Hearing these words, Yang Jing felt relieved.
Although this Taoist temple is now called Daimeiguan, who can guarantee that this Taoist temple was also called this name before? According to this old man, as early as the Qianlong period, this Daimeiguan was rebuilt from an earlier Taoist temple ruins. In addition, the legend of the village was as early as the village in the early Ming Dynasty.
As for whether this Taoist temple was originally called Yuecheng Temple, it would take a closer look there before it could be determined.
Anyway, the time and space that are traveling through is a time node between twenty and thirty years. The time flow rate ratio between this time and space and the original time is 8 to one. The time agreed between the original time and space itself and Wang Dadi is at 6 o'clock in the evening, and there are nine hours in the middle. It is converted into this time and space, which is a total of seventy-two hours, three days and three nights.
There is still a lot of time left for myself.
Thinking of this, Yang Jing did not deliberately ask about the Taoist temple anymore, but picked up the wine glass and drank with the men in the village frequently.
The meal ended until five o'clock in the evening. Although the food was not very refined and rich, it was an authentic farm meal. It would be difficult for even if you were rich in it to have such an authentic farm meal, so Yang Jing also ate very full.
At night, Yang Jing lived at the aunt's house. Uncle Gensheng and the aunt told her that she would stay at home no matter what. Then Yang Jing experienced the taste of an authentic farm kang.
Early the next morning, Yang Jing changed into dry clothes, had a simple but delicious farm breakfast, then said goodbye to the enthusiastic uncle Gensheng and his wife, and came to the Taoist temple west of the village with their backpacks.
The Taoist temple is not large, and the area is similar to the Song Laohei house where he had dinner yesterday. It has gray walls and gray tiles. A plaque is hung in the middle of the door with the words "Daimeiguan".
The door was opened at this time. Through the door, Yang Jing could see a Taoist priest in a gray Taoist robe sweeping the floor in the small yard.
The Taoist priest who swept the floor looked up and saw Yang Jing standing at the door. Then he put down the broom in his hand and walked over, clasped his fists and bowed and said, "Fusheng Wuliang Tianzun, I am polite to me. What's the point of this layman?"
The Taoist priest's actions made Yang Jing secretly praise him in his heart.
First of all, the bowing of this Taoist priest is very standard. Most of the fake Taoist priests in later generations will not perform such bowing ceremony with the right hand clenched fists and the left hand supposes the right fists when they meet. This bowing ceremony is the bowing gesture that Taoists should make when meeting with ordinary people.
As for the "Fu Sheng Wu Quan Tian Guan" that the Taoist priest just said, it is a very accurate Taoist slogan. The "Fu Quan Tian Guan" that Taoist priests often said in later generations and even now is actually a very wrong Taoist slogan.
Both Buddhists and Taoist schools have their own slogans, such as Buddhist disciples often say slogans such as "Amitabha" or "Amitabha Buddha". Similarly, Taoist children also have similar slogans, but they are definitely not the extremely wrong "Infinite Heavenly Venerable".
When the true disciples of the Three Pure Land prayers usually chant the title of "Fusheng Wuliang Heavenly Venerable". If they encounter misfortunes among all the believers, they sing "Supreme Taiyi Duwei Tianzun" or "Supreme Taiyi Saves the Heavenly Venerable", which means that the Taiyi Saves the Heavenly Venerable, who is so kind to come to the Taoist great benevolence and kindness to show their souls to help the unfortunate people, save them from suffering and suffering. This kind of singing was used until the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. After liberation, it was rumored to be "Supreme Tianzun".
Buddhism has the titles of "Amitabha Buddha" and "Amitabha Buddha". "Amitabha" is the name of the Buddha, and "Buddha" is the title. "Amitabha" means infinite longevity, and it is called "Amitabha Buddha" with this name as the Buddha. It can be said that this Buddha is the incarnation of longevity, which makes sense.
But "Infinite Heavenly Venerable" is not the case. Taoism includes "Infinite Heavenly Venerable Save People", "Infinite Heavenly Venerable for Blessings", "Infinite Heavenly Venerable for Merits", etc. These are all complete titles of Heavenly Venerables. That is to say, the category of Heavenly Venerables. For example, Emperor Wenchang is the Heavenly Venerable of Merits, but if "Saving People", "Full Benefits", and "Merits" are omitted, and only "Infinite" is retained, that is, the original title is reduced to "Infinite Heavenly Venerables", then is it still the original meaning? Obviously, if you search for the meaning according to the text, "Infinite Heavenly Venerables" should be interpreted as "Infinite Many Heavenly Venerables" or "Many Heavenly Venerables". Is there a simple term? Is there such a short name?
Therefore, if you meet a Taoist priest who speaks and praises "Infinite Heavenly Lord", then eight out of ten Taoist priests are fake!
Even Yang Jing, a man who is not a Taoist priest, knows that if he doesn't say "Infinite Heavenly Lord" when singing, how could a real Taoist priest chant such a title? Taoism does not have a heavenly Lord like "Infinite Heavenly Lord".
