The tinnitus is so severe that it feels like cicadas are chirping in my ears. It’s been going on all day...

My work and rest have been very chaotic recently, and I seem to be in that disordered state again. I have to take a day off, go to bed immediately, and return to normal tomorrow.

I feel quite depressed, and I can't explain why.
