Chapter 1442 Buddha Mantra
Li Yifei did not pretend to be mysterious and directly explained the purpose of the visit, which was to reassure the old monk Baimei, otherwise he would still be quite concerned about Li Yifei's blood and energy.
In another world higher than the secular world, it is not calm. On the contrary, even in the important Buddhist areas, there are often small guests. This is the existence of the old monk in the white-browed world.
Therefore, when Li Yifei appeared, he was perceived by the old monk Baimei. Especially when he automatically showed his power, the old monk Baimei was even more cautious. After all, in this era, there are really not many masters with innate realms, and he could not ignore them. Such people came to the door openly in the daytime, and it would be unreasonable that Shaolin Temple would not send a master to receive him.
There are all kinds of things, so now Li Yifei is sitting in front of the old monk.
The old monk Baimei returned to his indifference and said, "Amitofortune, since the donor wants to ask the Buddhist mantra, the old monk naturally knows everything, but this Buddhist mantra is divided into many kinds, and I don't know which kind of mantra the donor is asking."
Li Yifei grinned. It was beyond his expectations that the other party was so easy to talk to, but it was not difficult to figure out the key points. First of all, he was not here to find trouble. Moreover, his cultivation was here, and it was normal for the other party to have a better attitude. After hearing this, Li Yifei said, "I don't hide it from Master, I actually don't understand Buddhism, but because I have to understand some things, I thought of Shaolin Temple and came to the master."
"In this way, the old monk said more and the donor chose it himself."
"It's so good, I'm sorry, I'm sorry."
The old monk with white eyebrows shook his head. He was even more shocked at Li Yifei's age. He looked less than thirty years old and might be younger. He was already in the innate realm. This is already very rare. More importantly, Li Yifei is still calm and calmer than his age.
"The Buddhist mantras include one character, three characters, six characters, eight characters, and even more words. If you finish speaking, you may not finish it for three days and three nights. However, what the world knows are mostly six characters and eight characters. The eight characters are Manjushri's eight characters mantra, and the pronunciation is Om Aweilahum Kajarah. The eight sounds are recorded in the "Eight Character Dharani Rituals", if you seek blessings and auspicious things, you should write the word "him" in your heart; if you want to stop disasters and eliminate difficulties and eliminate seven kinds of disasters, write the word "Man's";
Those who seek to subdue evil people and make them like to give up disgusting disgusting should write the word "Da'an"; in order to destroy or destroy the disgusting of those who are like slaughter, hunter, and heretics who do not believe in Buddhism, write the word "Hiss" in ancient times. In the past, when practicing the method of gain, chant the word "Hiss" at the end of the eight-character mantra, chant the word "Man'an" in the method of relieving disasters, chant the word "Da'an'an" in the Dharma of respect and love, chant the word "Da'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'an'
"The six-character is the mantra of Guanyin, which is called Omani Pame Hum, and the mantra of the white-clothed great master: "Namo's great compassionate and merciful Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva Mahasattva (three calls and three bows). Namo Buddha, Nanwu, Nanwu monk, Nanmu, Nanmu's suffering and suffocational Bodhisattva. Tadao, Om. Galavado, Galavado, Galavado; Galavado; Lagabado, Lagabado, Savado, Savado. God of Heaven, Diluo, People are separated from difficulties, difficult to leave their bodies, and all disasters turn into dust. Namo Mahaprajna Paramita."
Li Yifei felt dizzy when he heard the old monk Baimei preaching because he could not understand it. However, when he heard the old monk Baimei say the eight-character mantra and the six-character mantra from the old monk Baimei, he felt relieved.
"The eight-character mantra is the Buddha mantra. There are many Buddha mantras, such as the rebirth mantra, the Medicine Buddha mantra, the God of Wealth mantra, the Prajna mantra, the Mantra of Cental Karma, the Mantra of Amitabha Buddha, the Mantra of Longevity Buddha, the Mantra of Morizhitian mantra, the Mantra of Moonlight Bodhisattva, the Mantra of Sunlight Bodhisattva. And so on, the mantra of Buddha is mostly Sanskrit, so the pronunciation is mostly obscure and requires long-term practice and reciting to master it. These six words, Om, Ma, Ni, Ba, and Hum, belong to the Lotus Division of the Buddhist Tantric Buddhism, and the dependent origination is the six words that Padmasambhava Bodhisattva sang to the Pure Land. "Om" means the Buddha's heart. When you recite this word, you must be in the body, mouth, and mind. "Mani" is in Sanskrit, which means the meaning chamber. "Ba" means the lotus, and "Hum" means the Vajra mind. Only by relying on the power of the Buddha can you achieve enlightenment."
"The human body has three treasures, essence, qi, and spirit. The three tones representing essence, qi, and spirit are "Hum", "Ha", "Hey". "Hum" represents essence, "Ha" represents qi, and "Hey" represents spirit. Regular exercises these three tones to achieve full spirit, smooth internal energy, and then make strong voices. So if you make other sounds, you will feel calm and relaxed. The pronunciation is smooth and reverse. The pronunciation is the right sound, and the reverse is the change sound. The six-character mantras are all the right sounds. The correct sound is gentle, and both are suitable for purging and purging. These unique six-character mantras have different effects."
Li Yifei nodded constantly, not saying anything else. He just heard the old monk Baimei say the mantra, and he felt clear in his heart, and knew that the mantra was indeed effective.
When the old monk Baimei saw that Li Yifei was listening seriously, he talked for a while and stopped to let Li Yifei digest and understand. The two of them said and asked questions occasionally, but they talked for more than an hour. The old monk Baimei never moved, and the old monk Baimei never drank water.
Li Yifei folded his hands together and bowed to thank him. The old monk Baimei never talked about Master's affairs until the beginning, but Li Yifei already understood.
"Thank you for your teachings. I have already understood that Buddhist mantras and Buddhist mantras focus on sounds. That sound is mantra, one, two, everything, everything, command, obtain, and giving. The teacher I am looking for is a word, which is another kind of power, which is not the same as Buddha mantras."
The old monk Baimei nodded, squinted his eyes and smiled, "The donor has a very high understanding. Buddhist mantras are indeed not the same as Master Yan. Sanskrit is pronunciation. Master Yan is another kind of power that breeds from the land of China. It is the power of words. It is difficult to say which one is higher or lower, and it cannot be compared. But there is one thing that is written for identification and pronunciation. People just cannot just speak, but they need to record it. Without words, the Buddhist scriptures that have been written for thousands of years cannot be circulated."
Li Yifei nodded constantly and bowed and said, "I understand. Thank you, Master. After the last question, does Master know where Master Yan is?"
The old monk Baimei shook his head slowly when he heard this and said, "Although this place is the burial place of the burial of the Saint Cangjie, Master Yan is not here. At least, I have never felt Master Yan's existence."
Li Yifei was slightly disappointed, but it was not too difficult to accept. After all, he had already prepared himself and asked again: "Master means that there is still Master Yan in this world, but it's not here?"
The old monk Baimei smiled faintly, and a mysterious expression appeared on his face, saying, "There are so many monks in this world, why don't you have Master Yan? You and I can write, use words, and read words, why don't you have Master Yan?"
Although this answer makes sense, it's the same as if it didn't say it... Li Yifei grinned and nodded and said, "Okay, I must find Master Yan."
"Donor, the old monk will give you a word."
"Master, please speak."
"Don't force it, don't ask it,"
Li Yifei grinned bitterly, raised his eyebrows, and said, "Master's words are the same as not saying it. I am not obsessed with it, but for myself and my family, I must do this. Don't worry, I will not be obsessed with it."
The old monk Baimei said the Buddha's name and said, "It's good that the donor understands my meaning. Let everything go with the flow. Buddhism talks about the law of fate. If you sit here with me, it's the law of fate. If you find the teacher, it's the law of fate."
After talking further, there was nothing to know, Li Yifei was ready to say goodbye.
The old monk Baimei did not keep anyone, but stood up and sent Li Yifei out of the door. He folded his hands together. The old monk Baimei said again: "I wish the donor to find the things he was looking for and find Master Yan."
"Thank you, Master Jiyan. I'll leave you here."
Watching Li Yifei leave, the old monk Baimei did not move for a long time. It was not until the disciple who led the way that the old monk Baimei said lightly: "Fortunately, this person has no ill intention to come to the temple, otherwise we will not be spared with the ability of this person!"
The disciple asked in confusion: "Master, this person is so powerful?"
The old monk Baimei said: "This man is full of blood and energy, and he is very guilty of killing. But what is strange is that although he is full of murderous aura, he has no discomfort when he enters the land of my Buddha. He is calm and contented, and has no worries in his heart, but he has no impatient. It is really strange."
The disciple shook his head repeatedly and said, "No, I didn't see any murderous aura. When I picked him up, I saw him smiling at the Buddha statue."
The old monk Baimei smiled and said, "You can't see it because you don't have a Buddha in your heart. With a Buddha, you can see it naturally."
The disciple immediately shouted: "Master, I will practice with you for twenty years. How can there be no Buddha in my heart? If you say this, the disciple will have to find a crack in the ground to get into it. Only after all, will he have no understanding of the Buddha in his heart for twenty years."
The old monk Baimei pretended to be mysterious and pointed ahead, saying, "This Buddha is not that Buddha. Although the Buddha is one person, there are tens of millions of people. My Buddha is not your Buddha, and your Buddha is not my Buddha, so what I said is that you don't have my Buddha in your heart."
The disciple was confused when he heard this, and quickly followed the master and asked, "Then how can I learn Master's Buddha?"
"Want to learn?"
"I have never changed my life to Buddha for twenty years, so I naturally want to learn."
"Okay, since that's the case, you can't hide your own personal information, so you can go with me!"
"Great Master, but where are we going?"
"Calendar!"
"Hmm? Ah? Why do you have to go to the cafeteria when you study Buddhism?"
"Because I am hungry and thirsty!"
"But what does this have to do with studying Buddhism?"
"I can't take good care of myself, so why do you still learn Buddhism? Want to learn? Have a meal first."
"But our precept is to not eat after noon..."
The old monk Baimei pointed to his disciple and said, "Man is the future Buddha, Buddha is the experienced man, I am as innocent as you!"
The disciple was still puzzled and said, "Master, is this reconciliation?"
"I mean, you are too naive. When I was young, I was foolish in obeying the precepts and did not eat after noon. Later, I didn't believe in this."
“Why?”
"Because one day I saw the old abbot coming out to find food in the middle of the night, and he was still muttering that I was starving to death!"
