Chapter 23 Who is Iron Man (Part 2)

Zhang Yang, who was far away in Los Angeles, had no idea that someone had taken a picture of him fighting and sent it to the editorial department of the New York Times, where he was staring at the No. 2 armor.

"Bang!"

Zhang Yang was fighting with No. 2. When the armor was rubbing, a large ball of Mars appeared. No. 2 had no mask and you could see Logan's terrified face.

Logan manipulated the No. 2 armor and climbed up from the ground. Looking at the red armor that looked like a demon, he felt a sense of fear in his heart: "What kind of monster is this?"

There was a lit motorcycle parked at the door of the shop next to it. Logan grabbed the motorcycle and rushed towards Zhang Yang. The motorcycle in his hand smashed it down.

"Bang!"

With a loud noise, Zhang Yang was hit hard by a motorcycle. His body slid back for a long distance. He slowly stood up and felt a pain coming from his chest.

"Damn it, even through the armor, it hurts so much."

At this time, Logan threw the motorcycle out of his hand, and a beam of light appeared from the cannon in his palm, hitting the motorcycle's fuel tank, and an explosion occurred instantly.

"Go to die!"

For the quality of the shooting, Britney stared at her phone with all her attention, not realizing that the crowd around her had left very far away, only she was still there. When she saw the silver steel man throwing the motorcycle into the air, Britney remembered that her situation was very dangerous!

A wave of air came from the motorcycle explosion, and countless metal fragments flew towards her. Britney closed her eyes in despair. She didn't see it. After she closed her eyes, a red figure stood in front of her, tightly blocking the surrounding fragments.

Britney, who felt the pain, opened her eyes and saw a red figure in front of her. The metal surface was painted with red paint, and there was something like a light bulb on her chest. She raised her head and a golden mask came into her mind.

"How are you?"

A low mechanical voice came from the iron sheet, and Britney nodded blankly: "I'm fine."

"It's fine."

The red steel man nodded to her, then turned around and left, making heavy footsteps.

"Zhang Yang, the number of deaths just now was 0 and the number of injuries was 0."

Zhang Yang let out a breath. When the motorcycle exploded just now, his heart was in his throat. Fortunately, the people around him left far away, and there was only one woman, who seemed to be only caring about taking a cell phone to shoot, forgetting the situation around him. During the explosion, Zhang Yang stood in front of her and blocked some fragments for her.

"It shouldn't matter if you're photographed now."

Anyway, at this time, a total of 4 armors were fighting, which would definitely alarm the police and the military. Stark would announce his identity as Iron Man soon, so Zhang Yang didn't care about that woman, so she would continue to shoot.

"Bastard! I will fight you again the next day!"

Logan was gradually familiar with the control of the armor, activated the flight system, and flew into the air, trying to get rid of Changyang's red armor.

"Prince, lock in No. 2, let's chase."

Flames spewed out from Zhang Yang's feet and flew into the sky with No. 2. Two figures of silver and red quickly disappeared into the air, leaving only the crowd of onlookers on the ground.

New York, USA.

Carl, the editor-in-chief of the New York Times, was bored at home and was about to find a few movies to watch, when he suddenly received a call. He thought about it and seemed that he had dug up the corner of the Los Angeles Times before. He seemed to be a female reporter, and he couldn't remember what he called him.

"Hello, is there anything?"

"I am Britney, editor-in-chief of the Los Angeles Times. You asked me last time."

Carl rang, picked up the juice and took a sip.

"Miss Britney, I remember that you had rejected my invitation last time."

Britney was a little embarrassed. Carl listened to the movement beside her, and seemed to have some steel collision sounds, and couldn't help asking. "Miss Britney, are you okay? I feel a little confused when I listen to you?"

"I'm fine, Editor-in-Chief Carl, I'm now deciding to join the New York Times. Yes, I'm leaving Los Angeles!" Britney looked at the battle between the two Iron Man and said to Carl: "Editor Carl, I have a huge headline, which is definitely first-hand information. I need the influence of the New York Times to make this news come out in the newspaper as soon as possible!"

As the editor-in-chief, Carl has been in the long run and has not found any big news for a long time. If nothing unexpected happens, at the end of the year, he should have left the editor-in-chief position and become an ordinary editor or leave the editorial department. Listening to Britney's words, Carl asked absent-mindedly.

"What kind of headlines can make you so anxious? You know, the New York Times is a very serious newspaper. We need to consider credibility and authority. Not everything can be reported..."

"Iron Man! Two mysterious Iron Man are fighting in Los Angeles. I took pictures of everything, and I'm right next to me!"

Carl was stunned for a moment. He could confirm that he had never heard of the name Iron Man. However, as an old editor-in-chief, he keenly noticed something and carefully determined it with Britney. Then Britney sent a video he had shot. After watching it, Carl suddenly jumped up with a strange cry, grabbed his shirt and ran out.

"Carl? Where are you going?"

His wife was watching TV with her children in the next room. When she saw Carl's movement, she asked out loud. Carl shouted to her wife excitedly.

"Dear, I'm going to become the deputy editor-in-chief soon! Hahaha! Wait for my good news!"

New York Times, Editorial Department.

It was already night at the magnificent New York Times building, and there were no people on weekdays, but in a conference room on the 12th floor, a light lit up. The security guard in charge of the security work watched Editor-in-Carl rush in in a hurry, and then the major editors who were always high on weekdays came one by one, including the editor-in-chief and deputy editor-in-chief of the New York Times.

Editor-in-chief Ed was attending a cocktail party for an upper-class person, but suddenly received a call from editor-in-chief Carl, and only one sentence was said on the phone.

"Editor Ed, I have big news. I need to meet you right away. We must hurry up!"

Although Ed didn't like Carl very much, he was a very dedicated person. He immediately returned to the New York Times building. In front of the editorial department, Ed sorted out his tie and said indignantly.

"Carl, if you're not talking about headlines, you're done!"

Editor-in-chief Ed, Deputy Editor-in-Chief Miri, and Editor-in-Chief of the Seven Majors, all came here. Henry, the editor-in-chief of the military news section, looked at Carl with a look of disdain on his face.

"Carl, you called us all over the middle of the night. If you can't satisfy us, you're done."

Carl glanced at Henry without answering him, his eyes full of confidence, inserted a USB drive in his hand into the computer, and started playing a picture on the projector.

"This is happening in downtown Los Angeles at 20:31 pm. This is the first-hand information on the scene, and my reporter is right next to you."

Carl directly said Britney as his reporter. After seeing the clip sent by Britney on his mobile phone, he immediately had a premonition that his editor-in-chief position will not only not be lost, but it is very likely that he will be promoted to another level. Britney, naturally, was regarded as her own person, and successfully entered the New York Times and became an official reporter.

The red and silver steel man immediately attracted everyone's attention. After this 3-minute scene passed, Editor-in-Chief Henry had already stood up and looked at the steel man and said tremblingly: "Is this the latest technology of the military? Damn, I didn't get any news!"

Editor-in-Chief Ed looked at the video, looked at Deputy Editor-in-Chief Miri, nodded in no trace, and looked at Cal.

"Carl, you did a good job. I think these videos don't seem to be complete. Your reporter should be still on the scene. I hope to get complete first-hand information. Use this news as the headline for tomorrow. Do you think so, Deputy Editor-in-Chief Carl?"

Deputy Editor-in-Chief!

Carl was excited. Although he had guessed it, when the fact happened, he couldn't help but get excited. The face of the military editor-in-chief Henry was already dead and muttering something.

"Impossible, this is impossible. How could this waste Carl be faster than me and become the deputy editor-in-chief?"

Ed looked at Henry with a hint of coldness in his voice: "Henry, as the editor-in-chief of the military section, I think your experience is still a bit shallow. I think it is better to let your deputy editor sit in this position."

People's hearts!

No one cares about Henry, who is so sad, and Carl is promoted to deputy editor-in-chief, so his position as editor-in-chief is empty. There are many people staring at the entertainment section.

"Editor-in-Chief Ed, I think my reporter Britney, who is the filmmaker of the video, is very strong and can be my deputy editor-in-chief."

Carl made his own suggestions to Ed, and brought Britney out, and directly promoted it to the editor-in-chief. However, it should be no problem to be the deputy editor-in-chief, and then to maintain some qualifications and take care of himself.

"Okay, Carl, I believe your vision and editor-in-chief's position will be taken over by your original deputy editor, and your reporter will be taken over as deputy editor-in-chief."

A video affected the personnel changes in the editorial department of the New York Times. Editor-in-chief Ed looked at the video, thinking about tomorrow's headlines, and asked everyone.

"Everyone, what headline do you think do you want to use instead?"

"Iron Man!"

"Tin Man!"

"Savior! Or the Red Hero?"

Everyone immediately started arguing, and each other had their own opinions. Carl smiled and said, "My new deputy editor has given this news a very suitable name."

Everyone calmed down and stared at Carl quietly. Carl glanced at everyone before slowly speaking a name.

"Iron Man!"
