Chapter 741 Fried Tea

Looking at Zhao Decai's figure who had already gone away, Guan Xingtou felt that he always regarded Zhao Decai as his opponent in his heart. He was really a little petty. Look at Zhao Decai, even if he had achieved such great achievements and such a loud achievement that could be shown, how did he do it?

Not only did they not show off their achievements in front of themselves, they also wanted to win benefits for themselves. Guan Xing was really convinced by such a person! Zhao Decai's realm is indeed much higher than himself. In the future, he would have to learn from Zhao Decai's broad breasts well.

After Guan Xing sighed, he also turned back to Guanping Village, but he made a secret decision in his heart. Since they treated them like this, they should be grateful.

There is indeed nothing in Guanping Village that can repay Zhao Chaogang, but at least they can sincerely say thank you to Zhao Chaogang and thank Zhao Chaogang for his contributions to these villages. If they don’t even say a word of thank you, then this is no longer a son of man.

Guan Xing was going to prepare to thank Zhao Chaogang for his things. He had an idea in his heart, and believed that they would definitely show their sincere gratitude by then!

This time, Zhao Chaogang did not take much time to send the villagers to the train station. However, when entering the train station, the staff at the train station were nervous, thinking that something had happened, otherwise how could so many people gather together?

Fortunately, the train station staff quickly learned about the specific situation, which made the tense atmosphere disappear, and he also kindly found a seat for Zhao Chaogang and the others. Zhao Chaogang was very grateful to these enthusiastic train station staff.

An hour later, the villagers of Zhaojia Village had already boarded the train, and Wenhai also boarded the train. Wenhai actually wanted to be Zhao Chaogang's car to Anxi City. He thought it was cool, but Zhao Chaogang refused.

Taking the train to Anxi City and taking Zhao Chaogang's car to Anxi City, it would be much more comfortable to take the train, not to mention that if Wen Hai took the train to Anxi City with them, it would be impossible for Zhao Chaogang to put a lot of things into the storage ring at that time. At that time, the car would be filled with local specialties from his hometown, and Wen Hai would be even more tiring to sit up.

So even though Wen Hai said all the good things and made a lot of promises, Zhao Chaogang still pushed Wen Hai onto the train, making Wen Hai look at Zhao Chaogang with a resentful look, as if he was abandoned by Zhao Chaogang. After Zhao Chaogang saw it, he shivered directly.

Seeing the train gradually faded away, Zhao Chaogang also left the train station, but Zhao Chaogang did not go back immediately, but instead transferred to the comprehensive market in Kuaiji County. Zhao Chaogang was allowed to buy more than ten kilograms of fresh shrimp.

The hairy crabs and Australian lobsters bought by Zhao Chaogang on the Dragon Boat Festival are indeed very fond of eating them, but eating them often is not good, so this time Zhao Chaogang is planning to buy some fresh shrimps to go back.

He will go back to Anxi City tomorrow. If he doesn't buy these things, his father and mother will never buy these fresh shrimps that are symbols of luxury in their eyes.

I feel most guilty towards my parents Zhao Chaogang because I have not been by their side for so many years. Therefore, these fresh shrimps are a kind of filial piety to Zhao Chaogang for his parents. Anyway, Zhao Chaogang's current money is tens of thousands of yuan in interest every day, and no matter what he eats, Zhao Chaogang is not afraid of spending money.

At 11 o'clock in the afternoon, Zhao Chaogang returned home. It was just as lunchtime. Liu Meiqing started to complain about the twenty kilograms of fresh shrimps that Zhao Chaogang bought, saying that Zhao Chaogang really didn't know how to manage the family. What to do if you buy such expensive fresh shrimps? Liu Meiqing even asked Zhao Chaogang to return some of them.

However, Zhao Chaogang had already thought of a way to do this. He directly said that Nannan and Pingping liked to eat fresh shrimps very much. So Liu Meiqing stopped nagging, but instead blamed Zhao Chaogang for not saying it earlier. He happily took the fresh shrimps into the kitchen and packed them up. It seemed that Liu Meiqing was about to make fresh shrimps at noon.

My mother's approach made Zhao Chaogang feel a little sour. My mother has always had the lowest requirement for herself, but for her children, my mother always gave Zhao Chaogang and others the best things. This is the mother's mother's love, mother's love is the greatest love in the world!

At twelve o'clock noon, Zhao Chaogang, his father and mother, who had just eaten, started preparing to cook tea in front of their own tea-fried stall. This year, Zhao Chaogang is planning to copy the tea that Zhao Chaogang has drunk in the afternoon...

Don’t watch the people who stir-fry tea on TV and use their hands to stir-fry tea in the pot easily. You think it’s very simple to stir-fry tea, but in fact it’s very difficult to stir-fry tea. Not only should you consider the heat of the tea, but also because sitting on a stool for a long time has great requirements for people’s physical strength.

What's more, when stir-frying tea, you use your own hands to stir-fry the tea leaves in a red pot. The tea leaves that are fried in this way are the best tea leaves. Of course, you can also wear thick gloves on your hands, but if you stir-fry tea, you can't control the heat well and you won't feel how the tea leaves are copied. At that time, the tea leaves that are out of the pot were much worse. Therefore, if you want to stir-fry a real good tea, you have to copy it barely, so you can feel the heat of stir-frying the tea leaves.

However, the temperature of the iron pot with a few hundred degrees is not something to say. If you accidentally get scalded by the iron pot, you will be soaked in your hands. Therefore, don’t watch the tea-fried chefs on TV and stir-fry tea there easily, but how can outsiders know the sadness inside?

Of course, practice makes perfect. Over time, many masters will never burn their hands when stir-frying tea. However, people with such skills will definitely burn them all the way. Others only saw him skillfully stir-frying tea easily in a few hundred iron pots, but who can know how much the master has paid for this day.

Zhao Chaogang's parents are also very skilled tea stir-frying masters, but Zhao Chaogang saw with his own eyes how his parents became skilled tea stir-frying masters. They were all blisters all the way. When my mother started frying tea, many of the blood blisters on her hands were picked up by Zhao Chaogang. Now, when Zhao Chaogang thinks about it, his heart hurts.

Ten fingers are connected to the heart, many of those blood bubbles are on the fingers.

Some people may ask, why do you know how dangerous it is to do this and that it will be a risk of burning your hands, but they still have to do it. In fact, the answer is very simple, just to sell more money.

The price of green tea per pound is only four or five yuan when it is the best in rural areas. However, if you fry the tea, the price of selling it is at least ten yuan per pound. Although only one pound of green tea from three to four pounds of green tea is produced, it will take two or three hours to copy out this pound of tea, but for farmers, the least fear is to endure hardship.

As long as you can bring economic income to your family, what's the harm even if you don't rest all day long, farmers are the hardest.

When I was a child, Zhao Chaogang saw his parents picking green tea back, and stir-frying tea all day and night. On several occasions, my mother even had nosebleeds. This was all tired, but my mother insisted on not copying the tea and only resting after selling it (the green tea will deteriorate after being stored for a long time, especially in summer, if one is not good, it will burn. If the green tea leaves are kept together during the high temperature in summer, the temperature will be too high and the air will not dissipate, and the tea will wither quickly, and the loss will be great at that time).

When I was a child, I didn’t understand my parents and even clamored to my mother for this and that. Looking back now, I was really unfilial at that time! (This is the real experience of the traveler, not made up by it)

Now we are going to start stir-frying tea again. Although my parents are already very powerful warriors and are not afraid of being burned by the high temperature of hundreds of degrees in the iron pot, Zhao Chaogang decided that from now on, he would not allow his parents to stir-fry tea.

There is really no shortage of tea money in his family now. Zhao Chaogang is planning to give all the tea mountains in his family to his relatives. Of course, his godmother also has a share.

However, although Zhao Chaogang decided to hand over all the tea mountains to his relatives, he still had to fry the tea that his family needed to drink every year. Zhao Chaogang was going to do it himself this year. He would no longer let his parents stir-fry tea. They were old, so Zhao Chaogang should follow these tasks.

Liu Meiqing said that Zhao Chaogang would not need Zhao Chaogang to do it. Now they are in good health. However, seeing his son skillfully preparing to cook tea, Liu Meiqing's face was full of smiles. It was obvious that Liu Meiqing enjoyed his son's filial piety very much.

Zhao Qiang did not object to Zhao Chaogang's handing over his tea mountain to his relatives to take care of his family. Their family really looked down on the income of 10,000 yuan on the tea mountain. The annual income of Chinese torreya alone is 34 times that of these income. Therefore, Zhao Qiang, who gave his tea mountain to his family, was his own people, and he still had to help him if he could be on the list.

Of course, the annual income of the Chinese torreya trees in the small valley is now only equivalent to the daily turnover of the restaurants in his son. However, even so, whenever Zhao Chaogang proposes to give the small valley to their relatives, Zhao Qiang will not agree.

It’s not that Zhao Qiang is reluctant to have an income of 500,000 or 600,000 that year, but that small valley is the heirloom left by Zhao Qiang for his descendants. It is Zhao Qiang’s most glorious achievement in his life. How could Zhao Qiang give up the greatest achievement in his life?

Originally, the second tea was picked only after the day of the day, but Zhao Chaogang didn't care. He was not going to sell it, but just copied it to his own house to drink. Therefore, before sending the villagers to the train station, Zhao Chaogang asked his relatives to help pick green tea. When he came back, Zhao Chaogang wanted to fry the tea he drank at home this year.

At twelve o'clock in the afternoon, Zhao Chaogang started to stir-fry tea. When Zhao Chaogang was a child, he had seen his parents stir-fry tea, and tried to copy it several times, but every time he was driven away by his parents not long after the beginning. Of course, his parents' excuse was that they were in the way, but in fact they were afraid that their hands would be burned and they were tired.

At that time, I didn’t understand the painstaking efforts of my parents, and I was still making trouble while constantly. Looking back now, Zhao Chaogang is really ashamed!

In addition to the unsuccessful experience of stir-frying tea when I was a child, after getting the small world and planting tea in the small world, Zhao Chaogang also stir-frying spiritual tea many times. Therefore, for Zhao Chaogang, stir-frying tea is really not a difficult task now.

Before Zhao Chaogang came back, Zhao Chaogang's relatives had already put the picked green tea in the shaded floor in the lobby of Zhao Chaogang's house and dried it. This was to dry the dew in the tea leaves, so as not to have too much dew when stir-frying the tea. Not only would it be difficult to control the heat of the tea, but the steam generated by the dew when it comes to heat will burn people.

Therefore, the first step in stir-frying tea is to dry the green tea. Of course, it is best to dry it in a cool place instead of drying it in a sunny area. If the green tea is dried under the sun, it will affect the quality of the tea that will be fried.

The fried tea is divided into raw pot, two green pots, cooked pots, and three pots connected, and the arrangement can save a lot of time and is of great benefit to preserving the quality of tea.

The tea stir-frying pan is made of an ordinary pan and a three-pot-connected tea stove is formed. The pot is tilted at 25-30 degrees. This is how Zhao Chaogang’s tea stir-frying tools are set up.

The method of stir-frying tea is actually very simple. It is summarized in three sentences by the tea farmers in Zhaojia Village: "The first pot is full of rotating, the second pot has a handle, and the third pot has a drill."

The raw pot mainly plays a role in completing the brinking. The pot temperature is 180-200c, the amount of leaves is 0. kg, and the amount of leaves depends on the skill level of the pot's gentle operation.

The method of stir-frying is to use the hands of the tea stir-frying master to stir-fry in the pot, and the leaves will rotate and turn evenly to get heat and lose water. Turn quickly, use force evenly, and combine to shake the tea leaves. It takes about 1-2 minutes. When the leaves are soft and the leaves are dark green, you can sweep them into the second pot.

The Erqing Pot mainly plays the role of continuing to finish the green and initially kneading the strips. The temperature of the pot is slightly lower than that of the raw pot.

Fried green is a term, which refers to the process of using light heat to make the tea leaves erect in the pot during the process of making tea leaves. Through manual rolling and twisting, the water in the tea leaves quickly evaporates, blocking the process of tea fermentation and completely retaining the essence of tea juice. It is a big leap in the history of tea making.

Because the friction between the tea and the pot wall is relatively large, the force should be greater than that of the raw pot, so you should "have a handful of strength" so that the leaves can rotate in the pot with the hands of the tea-fried chef and start to roll into strips. At the same time, it should be combined to shake the tea balls to exude heat.

When the leaves are crumpled into strips, the tea juice sticks to the leaves and has a sticky feel, you can sweep them into the cooked pot.

The cooked pot mainly plays a role in further making fine tea strips. The pot temperature is lower than that of the Erqing pot, about 130-150c. At this time, the leaves are already soft. As long as the tea stir-frying chef's hand spins for a few times, the leaves will fall into the tea stir-frying chef's hand, which is conducive to making the strips. It shakes slightly, and the leaves will scatter into the pot.

This repeatedly makes the leaves swallow and spit inside and outside the bamboo broom, and cleverly combines the finished broom and the loss of water and rub it into strips.

This is obviously different from the tea making technology of fried green tea, which can be done first and then rolled. It can take advantage of the opportunity of soft leaves under damp and hot conditions, which can promote the coarse and old leaves to form strips, and overcome the disadvantages of cold kneading into broken stems, fragments, and exposed tendons.
