Zhenhai Township: Located at the mouth of Yazi Lake, the naval base, and the home port of the northern fleet, it has complete coastal defense fortress facilities. Important institutions include Zhenhai Shipyard, anchor chain factory, ship rig factory, etc. The port location is extremely important. The Baleen Whale Port of Horse Island: Located in Sullivan Wind-Shelf Bay, the former Malvinas Islands, with a population of about 250.
