24. Burning Dalaran [25/100](2/2)
In the ocean, the death knight saw a line of names composed of golden threads on the mage's black robe.
"Kel'Thuzad?"
Grokush recited this line silently, and finally, in the strange atmosphere of silence between the two of them, he strode out of the library.
The streets of Dalaran are already covered with corpses, most of them were burned to death by the breath of the black dragon, and a small number were hacked to death by the orcs. The black dragons in the sky suffered a counterattack from the mages, and they have begun to retreat.
, Grokush looked around, and he felt a magic power approaching, so he decisively mounted his skeleton horse and rushed out of the city.
Ten minutes later, at the edge of the forest where the death knights set out, Grokush waited for the returning death knights... There were only two of them, and their horses were loaded with various weapons.
"You two are the only ones back?"
The orc death knight frowned and looked at the two death knights in front of him, one tall and one short: "Where are the others?"
"They're all dead, boss!"
The short death knight rolled his eyes and said in a deep voice:
"The orcs under Grom killed humans at will, which attracted the revenge of the mages. All the brothers were trapped, and only the two of us escaped."
The tall death knight opened a pocket full of weapons as if offering a treasure, and said to Grokush:
"Boss, we took advantage of the chaos and looted all the weapon shops in Dalaran and brought back all the magic weapons we could see."
"Yeah yeah!"
The short death knight then said:
"Our organization has a small number of people, but it still needs to develop. Sophisticated weapons are a must. This can be regarded as our dedication to the organization. We just did some trivial work."
"Huh? They all died in the hands of the mage?"
Grokush didn't believe this statement at all. He could feel that the two guys in front of him were hiding something, but since they could escape from the burning Dalaran, they proved their ability. According to Tyrion
I mean, these half-finished death knights are "cannon fodder" for sacrifice, and no one cares about their life or death.
"We've got the stuff, it's time to retreat!"
The orc waved his hand and got on his horse. The short death knight looked back at the burning city behind him and asked in a low voice.
"Boss, do you want to wait for Chief Grom to come with you?"
