30. The Illusion of Freedom(2/2)

.

A stiff smile appeared on the death knight's face, and he whispered:

"This is the first time I've heard someone use "freedom" to describe Draenor. Tyrion, tell me, when will we, the cursed dead, be truly free?"

This question made Tyrion silent. After several minutes, he said with some uncertainty:

"Probably, probably no freedom in this world is reserved for the dead. How can they rest in the grave? Should their souls return to Hades? I know what is in the abyss of Hades. Going there will only lead to worse slavery, at least

In this world, in this season, all freedom is just an illusion for you and me, and it is not worth pursuing at all."

The death knight sighed:

"Look at this sea water, Grokush. What stops us is never the things we can see, but the things we can't see. Do you understand? The things we can't see are spreading endlessly here.

In the exact same future, everything is there, I can see them clearly...but there is no freedom except freedom."

"Perhaps in the future, there will be a kind of freedom reserved exclusively for the dead."

The image of General Lyressa before her death once again appeared in front of Tyrion. Although he was unwilling to recall it, the memories still stubbornly filled his mind again. He remembered the tears of his relatives before they died, and he took the photos

He patted the orc on the shoulder and whispered:

"Anyway, since there are still people who will shed tears for us... then I think we should... let's live well, even in this cursed posture."

Tyrion raised his head. In the field of vision in front of him, the moonlight and the world... were so cold and pale, without a trace of warmth or color. But at least Gul'dan was dead and everything he needed had been obtained.
