Chapter 11 The Song Edition is Undoubtedly

When Ren Zhiwei learned that Wu Wengu was coming, he took his son Ren Jingtian downstairs early to wait. The reason why he was so anxious was not only because Wu Wengu was his mentor, but also because of "Old Manuscripts of Nanyue". He was very convinced of Professor Wu's vision, so he naturally looked forward to it even more.

Seeing Wu Wengu's car arrive, he immediately jogged over and opened the door. Although he is now working in the Cultural Relics Bureau and is considered the competent department of the museum, and Wu Wengu is just an expert in the museum. However, no matter how the status of the two people changes, in his heart, Wu Wengu will always be his mentor.

Besides, Wu Wengu told him that he brought a Song version of the book, and he no longer had the intention to stay at home, just thinking about seeing the old manuscript of Nanyue as soon as possible.

"Professor Wu, you are here." Ren Zhiwei was in his fifties, tall and thin, wearing a pair of thick glasses, and his hair was a little white. However, when he saw Wu Wengu, he still respected as if he was in school. But he said it was kind, but his eyes searched everywhere. The anxious mood was like an eighteen-year-old boy dating a girl. His great anticipation made people laugh.

"Do you welcome me or Songban Shu?" Wu Wengu asked in anger when he saw Ren Zhiwei wandering around.

"Everyone is welcome, everyone is welcome." Ren Zhiwei's eyes finally locked in Yu Lifei. After getting off the car, Yu Lifei took the initiative to take a step back. Obviously, he was a little disagreeable with Wu Wengu's granddaughter. But Wu Wengu said on the phone that it was someone else's old manuscript of Nanyue that he wanted him to identify the authenticity.

"Let me introduce this. This is Yu Lifei, a friend I met yesterday. He bought the old manuscript of Nanyue at a street stall this morning. This is Ren Zhiwei, my student, who specializes in studying the history of the Song Dynasty. For the history of the Song Dynasty, he is already better than the blue." Wu Wengu pulled Yu Lifei over and patted his shoulder and said.

"Professor Wu, aren't you slapping me in the face? In front of you, I will always be a student. Even if you have achieved a little success now, it was the one you taught back then." Ren Zhiwei said modestly that Wu Wengu was not like an ordinary professor, and he definitely did not have that kind of fake aloofness.

"I won't say much nonsense, hurry up and go in." Wu Wengu said, and when he saw Ren Zhiwei looking at Yu Lifei and swallowing his saliva, he laughed silently. Staying downstairs again may affect Ren Zhiwei's image.

"Grandpa Wu, Kexin, Xiaoyu, please." Ren Jingtian said with a smile. His eyes looked at Yu Lifei a little complicated. Yu Lifei had a deep impression on him last night. He took action quickly and ruthlessly. Even if he did not use tools, it would be difficult to do it. He had the same view as Wu Kexin, and felt that Yu Lifei must have used some tool last night, otherwise, it would not have been possible to cause such serious consequences.

"With whatever you like," Yu Lifei bowed slightly, nodded, and said.

"This is not in the office, and I am also resting at home today, so don't shout like this. I'm a little more than you, so I can call Brother Ren or Brother Ren in private." Ren Jingtian patted Yu Lifei on his shoulder and said with a smile. Although Yu Lifei's martial arts value is very high, it can be seen that he is very kind and upright.

As soon as he arrived at the Ren family, Ren Zhiwei urged to read Nan Yue's old manuscript. As soon as Yu Lifei took out the book, Ren Zhiwei took it and his hands were trembling involuntarily. He nervously put on white gloves and took it with his trembling hands, as if he was stroking his lover.

"Professor Wu, Kexin, Xiaoyu, I'll go in and take a look first. Jingtian, please help me greet me." Ren Zhiwei held Nan Yue's old manuscript tightly, and as soon as he finished speaking, he rushed to the study.

"It's really a master who has been starved to death by the church. You guys chat first, and I'll go in and take a look." Wu Wengu cursed with a smirk. He knew very well about this student. It was already very good to remember to say hello and leave when he saw a good thing.

In fact, he also had a lot of research on the history of the Song Dynasty, but Ren Zhiwei specialized in the Song Dynasty, and his research on the Song Dynasty exceeded his teacher.

If it were someone else, he would not lower his figure even if he was beaten to death. No teacher would ask students for advice. But Wu Wengu was not the case. Ren Zhiwei really surpassed him in the history of the Song Dynasty. Although Yu Lifei had never spoken much, he admired Wu Wengu's character very much.

"Xiao Yu, your luck is really good." Ren Jingtian brought Yu Lifei a cup of tea and said with a smile. It has always been his wish to pick up bargains in the antique market, but until now, this wish has not been realized.

"I don't know if it's true or not." Wu Kexin scoffed at this. Song versions of books are not that easy to buy. Yu Lifei didn't even know what antiques were. Can he pick up such a big leak?

"I think it's almost the same. Can your grandfather still be able to take a look? The reason why he brought it to my dad was to open his eyes and satisfy his cravings." Ren Jingtian was bystander Qing. Although Wu Wengu did not specialize in studying the history of the Song Dynasty, he was also a famous appraisal expert in the city and province. Since he concluded that it was a Song version of the book, he would basically not be wrong.

"I actually don't understand it very much. RenSou, do you understand antiques too?" Yu Lifei asked with some restraint.

"Xiao Yu, I think I'd better call you Li Fei. Didn't you just say that you can call me Brother Ren or Brother Ren at home. If you are so disgusted, I'd be angry. I just play with antiques occasionally, and I'll be more careful when I'm trying to figure things out, and less when I pick up bargains." Ren Zhiwei said embarrassedly.

"Brother Ren, why don't I know when you have ever picked up a vacancy?" Wu Kexin asked deliberately with a look of surprise.

"So there are fewer times when picking up bargains." Ren Zhiwei quickly picked up a teacup and took a sip to hide his embarrassment. Although there is an expert in his family studying the history of the Song Dynasty, neither Ren Zhiwei nor him have ever encountered any bargains. Ren Zhiwei is very famous, and it is even more impossible to pick up bargains. Even when he goes to the antique market, he just picks up any antique, even if he just looks at it for a while, the value of this item will immediately increase. As for Ren Jingtian, he lacks vision and luck. Until now, it is already very good to be able to avoid being looked at.

"Uncle Ren, has it been identified?" Wu Kexin wanted to sarcastically say a few words. When he saw Wu Wengu and Ren Zhiwei coming out together, he immediately stood up and asked.

"I'm out. Xiaoyu, you're really lucky. This old manuscript of Nanyue is a collection of poems by Liu Kezhuang. Liu Kezhuang was a famous poet, lyricist, poet and poetic theorist in the Southern Song Dynasty. His courtesy name was Qianfu and his pseudonym Houcun. He joined the officialdom with his father's conscience and served as the magistrate of Jianyang and Xiandu County. He offended the powerful and deposed for ten years because of his writing poem "Falling Plum". In 1246, Lizong was granted the title of Jinshi for his "long-term literary reputation and excellent historical knowledge". He was granted the title of Jinshi, a secretary, a editor of the National History Academy, and a reviewer of the Records Academy. Later, he served as a member of the Secretariat and the Minister of War.

Liu Kezhuang is the most important writer of the Jianghu Poetry School and an important representative of the Xin School poets. His lyrics are heroic and generous, mostly for his work of expressing current affairs and being bold and tragic, and is close to Xin Qiji's poems. His works include "The Complete Works of Mr. Houcun" and "The Collection of Mr. Houcun" and other works. "The Old Manuscript of Nanyue" has never appeared in the catalog of public and private collectors, and "The General Catalogue of Rare Chinese Ancient Books" are not recorded. But because of this, the value of this book has been added.

This butterfly suit is 17.8 cm high and 13 cm wide. Half a page of 10 lines, 18 characters in line, white mouth, left and right sides, single fish tail. The upper end of the fish tail is engraved with the number of words of this version, and the lower is the page number, and the engraving worker "Lu Xin" is recorded at the bottom of the page number.

Although this book has not been published in the era of publication and Fangsi, there is a supplementary note from Liu Kezhuang at the end of the book: 'Yu Shao wrote thousands of poems. Jiading Jimao returned to the south from the river, and sent all the temples to burn them. Only a hundred pieces remain, which are the reasons for the publication of "Nanyue Old Manuscripts". This is the reason why this book was published. At the age of 32, Liu Kezhuang selected the essence of his own collection of the "Nanyue Manuscripts" written by him. It is also direct evidence that Liu Kezhuang wrote "Nanyue Manuscripts" when he was alive and represents the style of Liu's early works." Ren Zhiwei is indeed an authoritative person who specializes in the history of the Song Dynasty, and he quickly found the relevant information.

"According to the "Chinese Dictionary of Engraving", Lu Xin was a carving worker in the middle of the Southern Song Dynasty and participated in the engraving of "Zizhi Tongjian Gang", "Mr. Hui'an Collection of Works", "Xunzi Notes" and other books. We have just checked many historical books. Among the ancient Chinese carving workers, there was only one person named Lu Xin. Therefore, this also became the direct evidence that this book was engraved in the late Southern Song Dynasty. Also, this book avoids the taboo "Xuanlang", which is the ancestor of the emperor of the Zhao surname of the Song Dynasty, which is in line with the taboo avoidance system of the Song Dynasty. In addition, this book still retains the main binding form of the Song Dynasty books: butterfly decoration. Therefore, it also shows that this Song Dynasty book is real." Wu Wengu also said that he had just checked a lot of information in it. Even if he was an archaeological expert and appraiser, it still needed to check the data and confirm it.

"Professor Wu is right. These evidences are enough to prove that this old manuscript of Nanyue is one of the earliest engraved copies of Liu Kezhuang's works. The layout, such as ten lines and eighteen characters, are similar to European styles, and are also typical styles of Chen Qi's engraved books. Today, the books published by Chen Qi include "Chen Jieyuan's House Seal at the Muqinfang Lane in the north of Lin'an Mansion" and "Chen Jieyuan's House Seal at the Muqinfang, Lin'an Mansion" and other journals. Unfortunately, there are none of this book. Of course, the pages of the engraved journal are missing, or there is another collection of poems and essays in Lin'an, the Southern Song Dynasty. However, this book must be a collection of Song Dynasty poems and essays, and Zhejiang engraved Zhenshan, which is undoubtedly!" Ren Zhiwei said firmly that he was an authoritative person in the industry for the identification of objects in the Song Dynasty. In fact, he felt a special sense of intimacy when he got started. At that time, he believed that it must be a thing from the Song Dynasty. After verification, it was true.
