【1362 Thoughts of Vladimir Granat】
The major military generals of Emperor Hua, Lu Xuan, Xuan Jianzhang, Luo Guozhong, Luo Guoxiao, Wang Dashan, Wang Ershan, and Xue He, are now all generals.
Now, except for Lu Xuan coordinating in North Korea and Xuan Jianzhang is in Kyushu Island, Japan, other generals are concentrated in Central Asia, the New Siberian provinces, and the northwest border defense line of China.
The highest military system of Emperor Hua is the general. The highest people now, including Lu Xuan and Xuan Jianzhang, are all the ranks of major generals. Emperor Hua does not have the title of commander in the military system, because Emperor Hua is the only commander in China. After reaching the rank of generals, they will be subdivided into one star, two star, three star, four star, and five star, which means there are 7 generals at this level. Now these major military generals are still the lowest-level generals. Everyone dreams of being promoted to the rank of lieutenant generals and becoming the first person to be promoted to the rank of lieutenant generals. What a great honor it would be?
"It is best to send a company to strengthen about 200 people, bring senior agents from the Bureau of Statistics, cooperate with thousands of agents in the Afghan region to inform the British and Afghans that if a Chinese are injured due to the war, the Chinese army will immediately intervene! This company set out from Herat and entered the Chinese Embassy in Kandahar to protect it!" Vladimir Granat pointed to the map and pointed at Wang Dashan Road.
Herat is a historical city in northwest of Afghanistan, and the capital of Herat Province. It is located about 600 kilometers west of Kabul, on the right bank of the middle reaches of the Hari River.
Historically, it was a hub for transportation and trade between Central and South Asia and West Asia, and its strategic position was important.
It was founded in the 6th century. Since the late 7th century, it was occupied by the Islamic dynasties of Arabia, Persia, Central Asia and North India. When Timur established the Timur Empire with Central Asia as the center, this city was one of the Islamic cultural and academic centers.
When China first expelled the Tsarist Russian forces, Herat and the areas north of Herat were taken into account by China, so the current Afghanistan area is actually smaller than the Afghan area known to later generations.
Herat was included in his rule by Cyrus II, the ancient Persian Empire that rose on the Iranian plateau in western Asia. In 329 BC, during the war against the Persian Empire that rose in the Balkans in southeastern Europe, Alexander the Great built a fortress after he captured the city of Herat. In 312 BC, the area became part of the Hellenic Seleucid Empire. In 246 BC, the area became part of the Baktria of Theodotus I of Central Asia. In 167 BC, Herat was part of the Parthian Empire.
About 300 years, Herat became the center of Christianity under the Sassanian dynasty, with a Nesman bishop. In 484, Herat was part of the Khada Empire. In 644, he later became part of the Arab Empire. From 786 to 809, Herat was part of the Abbasid Dynasty, and was later ruled by the Tashir Dynasty and the Safar Dynasty. From 867 to 869, he was included in the Saman Dynasty. 1040 years ago, he was subordinate to the Kingdom of Ghassini and was ruled by the Seljuk Empire in 1040.
In 1175, it was occupied by the Gur Dynasty in central Afghanistan and later belonged to the Khwarezm Empire in Alaudin and Mahamo. During this period, Herat developed into the center of metal manufacturing, especially for its bronzes inlaid with gold and silver.
In 1405, Timur died, Shaharu ascended the throne of the Timur Empire and made Herat the capital. Emperor Shaharu carefully built Herat and finally built it into a beautiful city comparable to Samarkand.
In 1413, King Shaharu sent envoy Molai to China to pay tribute; in the same year, Emperor Taizong of the Ming Dynasty sent nine missions including Li Da, Chen Cheng, the chief of the Ministry of Personnel's Verification Division, to the Timur Empire and visited Herat.
In the late 15th century, Queen Guharshad built a Musera Islamic mosque with double minarets. Guharshad Mausoleum is considered to be one of the representative buildings of the Timur Empire.
In 1405, when Timur died, he was granted his fourth son Shaharu here and later built it into the capital.
Emperor Yongle of the Ming Dynasty, Zhu Di, sent envoys to the Temur Empire, and Shaharu also sent envoys to visit the Ming Dynasty. Some ancient buildings in Herat still have Chinese patterns. The mosques here cover the entire city. The famous Jami Mosque, which was built in the early 11th century, was rebuilt in the 15th century and can accommodate 80,000 people to worship at the same time. It is one of the largest mosques in the world.
Behind the north gate of the mosque is the luxurious tomb of the Gur Dynasty emperor.
On the outskirts of the city, there is the Islamic Sutra Academy founded by Sultan Hussein Baikala, the Timur Empire. The four spires are towering and upright, which are one of the symbols of the city.
The descendant of the Guowasha Ancient Academy in the west of the city was built in 1420 and completed in 22 years. The tower has six columns and its outer layer is inlaid with blue-green glazed tiles, with a magnificent scale.
There is a Sufi monastery in Gazargah in the northeastern suburbs, which contains the marble tomb of the 11th-century Sufi poet Abdullah Ansari, which is a famous Sufi holy land.
In the northwest suburbs, there are the tomb of Queen Guhar Shad and 6 minarets. Not far from the north of the Queen Mausoleum, there is also the tomb of the Sufi poet Jami, which is also the main monument of the city.
The division headquarters of the Fifth Field Division of the Chinese Army was located in the northwest suburbs and built a Chinese-style ring fortification.
Wang Dashan often comes to the headquarters of the Fifth Field Division of the Chinese Army, so he is anxious to be here, and he has to send manpower to build the road from Herat to Ashgabat, the urban buildings of Herat and Ashgabat, and some necessary military fortifications.
Where are there so many people?
Moreover, because Herat's attachments are all Afghans, the pressure on defense is still very high before the relationship between China and Afghanistan is clear.
First of all, we should not suppress the tribes that are constantly provoking, as this is not in line with the foreign policy of Emperor Hua.
In the policy of Emperor Hua, the country of China obtained places outside the local area. According to Emperor Hua's instructions, it did not compete with the locals for arable land, but instead helped and encourage agricultural production. However, the country of China only occupied cities. The city allowed local people to exist, but did not allow them to live. They would use the extra land in the suburbs to exchange for houses in the city.
All provinces outside China outside the country adopt a large proportion of planned economic management policies, and urban commerce is controlled by state companies.
Education to promote Chinese studies is implemented for local people. China has five-year compulsory education. Provinces outside the local area are all two-year compulsory education. All local people must learn to speak Mandarin and write Chinese characters, which is equivalent to ignoring the ignorance.
To put it bluntly, it is the most traditional feudal ruling system of the Ming and Qing dynasties, which is most conducive to connecting with provinces outside the mainland of China, and it is easier for local people to accept it.
They have become accustomed to a management model of agricultural society, and Huahuang can exert influence more effectively.
China only manages cities in various places, and all rural areas are handled by locals themselves. The entire official system is the middle and lower class, and there are a small number of locals in the upper class, and the rest are Han people.
Step by step cultural infiltration and integration is what Emperor Hua did, not the bloody colonization of other great powers. He only knew how to grab money. The great powers only knew how to ask for money. Even if it drives a certain amount of industrial and economic development, it was based on the premise of grabbing money, unlike Emperor Hua who considered it from the perspective of integration.
This is what Herat is. It is now a major military and commercial center closest to Afghanistan in China.
But the more this happens, the more people in Afghanistan represented by Mohammed Yakub Khan are afraid of being assimilated by China, because China's population is too large and they are still sending people to Central Asia Province.
