People are born in society and live in the environment, and they must inevitably exchange material with everything around them. People have already started exchanging material when they breathe the first breath of air. However, the realm proposed by Zhuangzi is indeed a very clear direction. Reducing material exchange can indeed assist immortals in cultivating immortals. Mortals cannot stop material exchange, but immortals can stop.
