Chapter VII Officials

·The fourth official is assigned by the competition rules and is on the bench when any of the other three game referees cannot serve as law enforcement.

·Before the game, the organizing committee must make it clear that if the referee cannot continue to serve as on-site work, the fourth official should be the referee, or the first assistant referee should be the referee, and the fourth official should be the assistant referee.

·According to the referee's requirements, responsible for the field management before, during and after the game.

·Responsible for substitutions in the game.

·Responsible for changing the balls in the game. If the game ball needs to be changed during the game, you must obtain the referee's consent before using the backup ball.

·Responsible for checking the equipment of substitutes before entering the field. If you find that the equipment of substitutes on the field does not meet the requirements of the competition rules, you should inform the referee.

·The fourth official should assist the referee in the work throughout the game. He must point to the referee the player who was mistakenly warned or the player who had been warned for the second time without giving it a penalty, and violent behavior that occurs outside the eyes of the referee and the assistant referee. However, the referee has the power to make decisions on the facts related to the game.

After the game, the fourth official shall submit any reports of misconduct or other accidents that the referee and assistant referee did not see. The fourth official must make recommendations on the referee and assistant referee's reports.

·He has the right to notify the referee of any irresponsible conduct of anyone in the technical area.
