Responsibilities

Two assistant referees should be appointed for each game, and their responsibilities (decided by the referee) should be signaled:

·When the ball goes out of the game field;

Which team should play corner kicks, goal balls or throw-in balls;

·When a player in an offside position can be punished;

·When replacing the team members;

·When there is an inappropriate behavior or any other event outside the referee's sight;

·Whenever, the assistant referee is closer to the foul than the referee (especially if this foul occurs in the free throw area);

When a penalty kick is played, whether the goalkeeper moves forward before the ball is kicked, and whether the ball enters the goal after it is kicked.

The assistant referee should also assist the referee in controlling the competition according to the competition rules. In special circumstances, the assistant referee can enter the field to assist the referee in controlling the distance of 9.15 meters.
