Chapter 1410 Losing the future means losing life!

Chapter 1410

The Internet is the product of human science and technology. The birth of the Internet has opened a new window for mankind to communicate the world and create civilization.

The Internet brings convenience and speed to modern people's life, study, work and entertainment, greatly improving people's pace of life and quality of life. As a new force in the country, minors accept and use such high-tech information means as the Internet more than adults.

According to statistics, minors in my country are currently the largest group of Internet users, accounting for more than 60% of the total number of Internet users. Most minors can use the Internet in moderation and reasonably, acquire knowledge, skills, entertainment, leisure, etc. through the Internet.

However, a few minors use the Internet uncontrollably affect their normal study, life and interpersonal communication, resulting in physical health damage and inability to interact normally with the outside world of society.

The Chinese public pays great attention to the issue of "Internet addiction" for minors. The discussion believes that the definition of "Internet addiction" is inaccurate and should not be used to define the damage to people's physical health and social functions of improper use of the Internet.

According to the 2009 "China Youth Lifestyle Survey", the lifestyles of most minors in my country have reached a relatively healthy level in all aspects (including eating habits, sleep habits, hygiene habits, study habits, physical exercise, entertainment activities, interpersonal relationships, coping methods, and life satisfaction), and the form and content they show are relatively balanced.

In the amateur activities of minors, doing homework, reviewing and previewing homework ranks first. The second is to interact with friends, as well as other activities such as online entertainment, reading extracurricular books, physical exercise, etc.

These activities adapt to the basic needs of minors to meet the basic needs of developing goals such as establishing peer relationships, gaining respect and sense of accomplishment, and improving self-confidence and psychological tolerance during psychological growth.

The survey also found that there are certain problems in the lifestyle of a few minors and needs to be improved.

The main manifestations are: the amateur activities are not balanced enough, especially the lack of physical exercise; there are problems in all aspects of lifestyles of a few people or they focus on learning knowledge and skills, while the development of sports and entertainment is insufficient, resulting in the lifestyle being not balanced enough, the Internet time is relatively long, and the content of amateur activities is relatively single.

The survey also found that the Internet is very popular among minors.

Going online has become one of the main life contents of minors in my country. Minors use various functions of the Internet in a relatively balanced manner, mainly used as entertainment tools (online movies, music, games), learning and life tools (uploading or downloading files, various information queries) and communication tools (online chat, blogs, emails), etc.

Online entertainment has become one of the main amateur activities for minors.

The content on the Internet is rich, exciting, and attractive, so many people who cannot withstand temptation or have poor resistance have fallen into the "gentle trap" of the Internet without realizing it, and their lives are completely changed.

Such a person who is trapped in the "gentle trap" of the Internet is not the "demonic" of the real world. What is that?

Although the "detective" caused by these people due to the gentle trap of the Internet is not a crisis of their lives, they have lost their future. Once a person loses his own future, his life can be said to be lost. Losing the future means losing your life.

So, in my opinion, these people are already a realistic version of "being possessed". If these people cannot heal their "being possessed", the future of these people will be ruined!

The term "going to the point of being possessed" sounds like it is very far away from us. However, in fact, this thing is very close to us. We cannot just regard the term "going to the point of being possessed" as a noun in martial arts novels, or as a noun for entertainment. We must always remember this term, because, perhaps at some point, you will also be possessed by the point of being possessed by the point of view.

Zhao Chaogang knew very well that the term "being obsessed" was terrible. Therefore, when he established the martial arts secret realm and was preparing to open the martial arts secret realm, his level had already made some preparations to reduce the appearance of everyone when practicing martial arts.

Knowledge of acupuncture points and meridians is very important in the process of practicing martial arts.

Understanding all the acupoints in the human body can allow those who practice martial arts to achieve half the result with twice the result when practicing martial arts because they are very clear about the distribution of acupoints on their body, so that they can achieve half the result with twice the effort when they are practicing true qi, fighting against enemies, healing injuries, etc.

However, it is not enough to just understand the knowledge of human acupoints. A truly powerful warrior must understand the distribution of meridians in his body and the specific situation of meridians. This matter has an important impact on the future achievements of this martial artist.

Traditional Chinese medicine refers to the pathways in which qi and blood flow in the human body. Meridians can be divided into two categories: regular meridians and extraordinary meridians.

There are twelve meridians, namely the three yin meridians of the hand and foot and the three yang meridians of the hand and foot. They are collectively called the "twelve meridians", which are the main channels for the circulation of qi and blood.

There are eight extraordinary meridians, namely Du, Ren, Chong, Dai, Yin Qiao, Yang Qiao, Yin Wei, and Yang Wei, collectively known as the "Eight Extraordinary Meridians", which has the function of commanding, connecting and regulating the twelve meridians.

The twelve meridians are meridians separated from the twelve meridians. They mainly strengthen the connection between the two meridians in the twelve meridians, and because they reach some organs and body parts that have not been circulated by the meridians, they can make up for the shortcomings of the meridians.

The meridians are the main channel for running qi and blood. The meridians mean straight lines and main trunks, which is in contrast to the collaterals. "Lingshu?Benzang": "Meridians are the ones that carry blood and qi to promote yin and yang, moisten muscles and bones, and enhance joints."

The Twelve Meridians, also known as the Twelve Meridians, are the main body of the meridian system. Their naming is determined based on their yin and yang attributes, their internal organs, and their circulating parts. They belong to the twelve internal organs. Each meridian uses the name of the internal organs to which they belong, and combines them to different parts that run in the hands, feet, inside and outside, front, middle and back, and gives different names according to the theory of yin and yang.

The names of the twelve meridians are: Hand Taiyin lung meridian, Hand Jueyin pericardial meridian, Hand Shaoyin heart meridian, Hand Yangming large intestine meridian, Hand Shaoyang triple burner meridian, Hand Taiyang small intestine meridian, Foot Taiyin spleen meridian, Foot Jueyin liver meridian, Foot Shaoyin kidney meridian, Foot Yangming stomach meridian, Foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian, Foot Taiyang bladder meridian.

The twelve meridians pass through the meridians of the yin and yang of the hands and feet, and form a cycle of transmission and infusion system, like an endless ring. Qi and blood can pass through the meridians and reach the internal organs, externally reach the muscle surface, and operate the whole body.

The order of flow is: starting from the hand Taiyin lung meridian and is transmitted to the hand Yangming large intestine meridian in sequence. Foot Yangming stomach meridian, Foot Taiyin spleen meridian, Hand Shaoyin heart meridian, Hand Taiyang small intestine meridian, Foot Taiyang bladder meridian, Foot Shaoyin kidney meridian, Hand Jueyin pericardial meridian. Hand Shaoyang triple burner meridian, Foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian, Foot Jueyin liver meridian. Then return to the hand Taiyin lung meridian.

The direction and connection rules are: the three yin meridians of the hand run from the chest, and the three yang meridians at the end of the fingers; the three yang meridians of the hand run from the hands, and the three yang meridians of the foot run from the head and face; the three yang meridians of the foot run from the head and face; the three yang meridians of the foot run from the head and the three yin meridians at the end of the toe; the three yin meridians of the foot run from the foot and the abdomen.

The circulation and distribution rules of the twelve meridians on the surface of the body are: all the yin meridians belonging to the six internal organs (heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and pericardial) are distributed on the inner side of the limbs and the chest and abdomen. Among them, the three yin meridians of the hand are distributed on the inner side of the upper limbs are the three yin meridians of the foot. All the yang meridians belonging to the six internal organs (gallbladder, stomach, large intestine, small intestine, bladder and triple burner) are mostly circulating on the outer side of the limbs, the head, face, waist and back. Among them, the three yang meridians of the hand are distributed on the outer side of the upper limbs are the three yang meridians of the hand, and the three yang meridians of the foot are distributed on the outer side of the lower limbs.

The arrangement order of the three yang meridians of the hands and feet is: "Yangming" is in front, "Shaoyang" is in the middle, and "Sun" is behind; the arrangement order of the three yin meridians of the hands and feet is: "Taiyin" is in front, "Jueyin" is in the middle, and "Shaoyin" is in the middle (below eight inches above the medial ankle is "Jueyin" is in front, and "Taiyin" is in the middle. "Shaoyin" is behind).

The external and internal relationships of the twelve meridians are: the three yins of the hands and feet, and the three yangs of the hands and feet, which communicate with each other through the meridians and the different meridians, forming six pairs of "combination of the external and internal" relationships.

Among them, Foot Taiyang and Foot Shaoyin are the exterior and interior, Foot Shaoyang and Foot Jueyin are the exterior and interior, Foot Yangming and Foot Taiyin are the exterior and interior. Hand Taiyang and Hand Shaoyin are the exterior and interior, Hand Shaoyang and Hand Jueyin are the exterior and interior, Hand Yangming and Hand Taiyin are the exterior and interior.

The twelve meridians have the functions of running qi and blood, connecting internal and external organs, and communicating up and down. Whether you feel external evil or dysfunction of the internal organs, they will cause meridian lesions. Therefore, understanding the circulation, function and incidence of the twelve meridians is of great significance to preventing and treating diseases.

The "eleven meridians" in the Han Tombs of Mawangdui, Changsha, among which the A version, namely the "Shaoyin Warm (Meridian)" is recorded in the "Eleven Meridians of Foot and Arm Moxibustion" and the "Shaoyin Warm (Meridian)" is similar to the current Hand Shaoyin Heart Meridian; while the B version, namely the "Shaoyin Meridians of Yin and Yang Moxibustion" is recorded in the "Shaoyin Meridians of Yin and Yang Moxibustion" is similar to the current Hand Jueyin Pericardium Meridians. The "Lingshu? Meridians" clearly states that the twelve meridians are used to this day.

The distribution rules of the body surface of the twelve meridians: The twelve meridians are distributed symmetrically on the left and right sides of the body surface, on the head, trunk and limbs, and run through the whole body.

The six yin meridians are distributed on the inner side of the limbs and the chest and abdomen, while the six yang meridians are distributed on the outer side of the limbs, the head and face, and the trunk.

The distribution rules of the twelve meridians in the limbs are that the upper limbs of the three yin meridians are the hand Taiyin lung meridian in front, the Jueyin pericardial meridian in middle, the Shaoyin heart meridian in back, the Taiyin spleen meridian in front, the Jueyin liver meridian in middle, and the Shaoyin kidney meridian in back, among which the three yin meridians in the foot are Jueyin in front, the Taiyin in middle, and the Shaoyin in back, reaching more than 8 inches of the inner ankle, and Taiyin comes from before Jueyin.

The upper limbs of the three yang meridians are the hand Yangming large intestine meridian in front, the hand Shaoyang triple burner meridian is in middle, the hand Taiyang small intestine meridian is behind, and the lower limbs are the foot Yangming stomach meridian is in front, the foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian is in middle, and the foot Taiyang bladder meridian is behind.

The distribution of the twelve meridians in the trunk is that the foot Shaoyin kidney meridian is 2 inches away from the midline of the chest; the foot Taiyin spleen meridian runs 6 inches away from the midline of the chest and 4 inches away from the midline of the abdomen; the foot Jueyin meridian is not in good regular circulation.

The foot Yangming stomach meridian is distributed 4 inches away from the midline of the chest and 2 inches away from the midline of the abdomen; the foot Yang meridian travels on the back, and the foot Shao gallbladder meridian is distributed on the side of the body.

The twelve meridians belong to the twelve internal organs. The so-called twelve internal organs are the five internal organs and six internal organs plus the outer membrane of the heart - the pericardium. The pericardium is also considered an internal organ. In this way, each meridian contains the names of the internal organs, such as the lung meridian, stomach meridian, large intestine meridian, etc.

In addition, the twelve meridians also determine the yin and yang attributes of the meridians themselves based on the yin and yang attributes of the organs and their locations and characteristics of the meridians distributed on the surface of the body.

The internal organs are Yin, and the inner side of the limbs is Yin. All meridians belonging to the internal organs are distributed on the inner side of the limbs. Therefore, they are called Yin meridians; the meridians belonging to the internal organs are distributed on the outer side of the limbs, so they are called Yang meridians. The Yin meridians include the Taiyin meridian, Shaoyin meridian and Jueyin meridian.

The Yang meridian includes three types: Taiyang meridian, Shaoyang meridian and Yangming meridian.

The distribution of meridians on the body surface is different from the upper and lower levels. Those distributed on the upper limbs are called the hand meridian, and those distributed on the lower limbs are called the foot meridian.

The twelve meridians are connected to the internal organs in the body, among which the Yin meridian belongs to the internal organs, and the Yang meridian belongs to the internal organs, and one organ is combined with one organ. One yin is combined with one yang, forming the relationship between the yin and yang on the external and internal organs of the internal organs.

That is, the Taiyin lung meridian of the hand and the Yangming large intestine meridian of the hand are opposite to the inside, the Jueyin pericardial meridian of the hand and the Shaoyang triple burner meridian of the hand are opposite to the inside. The Shaoyin heart meridian of the hand and the Taiyang small intestine meridian of the foot are opposite to the inside, the Taiyin spleen meridian of the foot and the Yangming stomach meridian of the foot, the Jueyin liver meridian of the foot and the Shaoyang gallbladder meridian of the foot and the Shaoyin kidney meridian of the foot and the Taiyang bladder meridian of the foot are opposite to the inside.

The meridians that are exterior and interior are closely related physiologically, affect each other pathologically, and use each other for treatment.

The eight extraordinary meridians are the general term for the Ren meridian, Du meridian, Chong meridian, Ding meridian, Yin Qiao meridian, Yang Qiao meridian, Yin Wei meridian, and Yang Wei meridian. They are different from the twelve regular meridians. They are neither directly related to the internal organs nor have the external and internal coordination relationship. They follow different ways of walking, so they are called strange meridians.

Its functions include: 1. Communication between the twelve meridians; 2. It has a regulatory effect on the accumulation, permeability and other irrigation of qi and blood of the twelve meridians.

The Ren meridian runs in the midline of the ventral face. Its meridian meets the three Yin and Yin Wei meridians of the hands and feet many times, and can sum up the Yin meridians of the body. Therefore, it is called "the sea of Yin meridians". The Ren meridian originates in the cervical cells and is related to pregnancy in a woman. Therefore, there is a saying that "Ren is the corpse".

The Du meridian runs in the middle of the back. Its meridian meets the three Yang meridians of the hands and feet and the Yangwei meridians many times, and can govern the Yang meridians of the whole body, so it is called the "Sea of Yang meridians". The Du meridian runs in the spine, goes up into the brain, and is divided into the kidney from the spine. It is closely related to the brain, spinal cord, and kidney.

The Chong meridian, from the head to the bottom to the foot, runs through the whole body; it becomes the key to qi and blood, and can regulate the qi and blood of the twelve meridians, so it is called the "Sea of the twelve meridians", also known as the "Sea of Blood". It is related to women's menstruation.

The Ding Mai starts from the flanks and goes downwards to the Ding Mai point, and circulates around the body, like a belt, which can restrain the longitudinal meridians.

Yin Qiao Mai, Yang Qiao Mai: Qiao has the meaning of light and strong Qiao Mai. It has the function of nourishing the eyes, controlling the opening and closing of the eyelids and movement of the lower limbs.

Yin Weimai, Yang Weimai: Wei means maintenance. The function of Yin Weimai is to "clear all yins"; the function of Yang Weimai is to "clear all yangs".

There are eight representative acupoints in the eight meridians, Gongsun, Neiguan, Linqi, Waiguan, Shenmai, Houxi, Lieque, Zhaohai. An ancient man passed down a song "Eight Acupoints Song":

Gongsun Chongmai, stomach, heart and chest, Neiguan Yinwei, and the same;

Linqi Gallbladder meridian and the Yangwei sharp penis meets the outer gate of the outside of the gate;

The inner canthar neck of the Du meridian in Houxi and the Yang Qiao meridian in Shen meridian is also connected;

The Liequen meridian flows through the lung system, and the Yin ridge shines on the sea diaphragm and throat.

The eight extraordinary meridians are distributed intertwined between the twelve meridians, and their functions are mainly reflected in two aspects.

First, it communicates the connection between the twelve meridians. The eight extraordinary meridians connect meridians with similar parts and similar functions to achieve the effect of controlling the qi and blood of the meridians and coordinating yin and yang. The Du meridian is connected with the six yang meridians, called the "Sea of Yang meridians", and has the function of regulating the qi of the yang meridians throughout the body;

The Ren meridian is related to the six Yin meridians, and is called the "Sea of Yin meridians", which has the function of regulating the qi of the Yin meridians and meridians throughout the body; the Chong meridian is related to the Ren, Du meridians, Zu Yangming, Zu Shaoyin meridians, so it is called the "Sea of Twelve Meridians" and "Sea of Blood", which has the function of storing the qi and blood of the twelve meridians;

The belt meridian constraints are connected to the foot meridians that run vertically on the trunk; the Yin-Yang Wei meridian is connected to the Yin-Yang meridian and the Yang meridian, which is responsible for the exterior and interior of the body; the Yin-Yang Qiao meridian presides on the movement of yang and yin and static, and together conducts lower limb movement and sleep.

Secondly, the eight extraordinary meridians have a regulatory effect on the accumulation and infiltration of qi and blood of the twelve meridians. When the qi and blood of the twelve meridians and the internal organs are strong, the eight extraordinary meridians can accumulate, and when the human body needs to function, the eight extraordinary meridians can infiltration and supply.

The acupoints of the six meridians of Chong, Biao, and Wei are all attached to the twelve meridians and Ren and Du meridians. Only Ren and Du meridians have their own acupoints, so they are compared with the twelve meridians and are collectively called the "Four Meridians".

The fourteen meridians have a certain course of circulation, the symptoms and acupoints to which they belong, and are the main part of the meridian system. They are clinically the basis of acupuncture treatment and the meridianization.

Eight extraordinary meridians - characteristics.

"Difficult Meridians? Twenty-Seven Difficulties" says: "All these eight are not bound by the meridians, so they are called the eight extraordinary meridians." That is to say, the eight extraordinary meridians are different from the twelve meridians, and their characteristics are as follows:

(1) The eight extraordinary meridians do not belong to the internal organs, and there is no coordination between the external and internal organs. The five internal organs are the body, and the six internal organs are the tunnel of the internal organs. Only then can there be movement and body, essence and spirit, just like water can float on the boat and restore the boat.

(2) In addition to the eight extraordinary meridians and Ren and Du meridians, the acupoints of the other six meridians are attached to the twelve meridians, Ren and Du meridians.

(3) The eight extraordinary meridians are circulated between the twelve meridians and meet with the regular meridians in many places in the human body. Therefore, the eight extraordinary meridians have the effect of storing the qi and blood of the twelve meridians and regulating the rise and fall of the twelve meridians.

When the twelve meridians and internal organs are full of qi and blood, the eight extraordinary meridians can accumulate, and when the human body needs to function, the eight extraordinary meridians can penetrate and supply again. "Difficult Meridians? Twenty-Eight Difficulties" compares the twelve meridians to "ditches", and metaphorizes the eight extraordinary meridians to "huze", which vividly illustrates this function.
